They charge more for the room front of the pool. I didn't ask for it. And they didn't told us.
We did not feel like it was a place for our kids to stay when we pulled in, so we left and got a new hotel and forfeited the money we spent.
Parking was the only downfall. They have a big parking lot in the center of the grounds with the rooms surrounding the parking lot. My room however was on the outside perimeter of the inn. Very few parking spots on the outside perimeter of the building meant I had to do some walking around the building
1) The woman working the front desk has NO people skills. Acted as if I was interrupting her when I checked in. She could use some coaching on her customer interaction skills. 2) The weird pool hours: Pool hours are 9am-6pm (why close so early?), but check in isn't until 4pm, and checkout is at 10am. So technically, you can use the pool for 3 hours, if you spend one night there. We used the pool post-checkout, but it would have been nice to use it the night before after we checked in.
