The hotel was very run down and is now under renovations. It didn't look at all like the pictures on the website and was overpriced for the condition it was in. We could have stayed at a cheap motel and had a nicer room, very disappointing.
Our bathroom toilet did not work properly as well as the sink drainage.
Convenient to all shopping/dining needs. Hampton Beach is a short drive, which is nice not having to deal with the beach's congestion every time you go out.
The bed was like sleeping on just a box spring. We had a room with a sleeper sofa. As a sofa, you couldn't even sit on it, you would sink right down to bars of the sleeper. Extremely uncomfortable. They really need to invest in new beds. We had ants in our room. The chairs in the breakfast area were disgusting and one of the tables had the same syrup or whatever spilled, on the table for days.
The absolute worst hotel
The whole place is right off a highway exit, down a dark road. When you first enter, the I hate my life staff stares us down until we greeted him. Less than enthusiastic check in and when we asked where we should park, he simply said, parking is first come first serve so wherever. We bought our luggage into the room, which was old and smelly. I want to note that I'm no diva and am usually satisfied with a standard hotel room, no frills needed. This was terrible. Carpets were stained, It smelled musky and dirty. I couldn't even bring myself to take a shower in that bathroom. There was a overwhelming stench of mildew. The comforter had stains on it. I mean, it looked like a urine stain and another spot looked like blood. It was a nightmare, if I felt like it would be safe to sleep in my car I would've. We paid over $100 for one night, I'm not sure what you can get in that area for that price range, but if I knew 3 stars was like this I would not have hesitated to spend more.

Dirty, they misrepresented their hotel, no premuim bedding.( sheets don't even fit the beds.) No covers under sheets, or pillow cases. Beds were terrible. Room darking shades are dark red curtains, with something white all over them, we didn't want to guess. Our room had a door knob, not a very good one either, no dead bolt, just a chain. It was a very unpleasant experience.

New staff help at night did not know how to work the TV, took second day late at night to get help for the TV to work. We were there for only two nights. The outside needed paint and inside needed new carpet.
