Pros:It was a place to sleep for the night as most other hotels and bed and breakfasts were booked.
Cons:The hot water in the shower did not work unless you ran the hot water in the sink. The toilet was broken. Even though the hotel seemed redone you could that they cut a lot of corners.

Pros:I like that it was away from downtown almost private. Piece and Quiet. Could have been cheaper for all the cons I'm about to post.
Cons:Out of the whole hotel, it seemed that were only a few rooms rented. the rest were seemed under construction or being used by the workers. STILL NO ICE!! My bed was visibly lumpy, luckily only on one side. The carpets still looked wet under desks and tables from cleaning. And as for the drinks other than coffee with the breakfast, they added a little water cooler.

Cons:No Pool. The hotel in remodeling. This is great for the hotel however, there was no indication prior to arrival to expect this. The front door has a sign asking to enter through the side doors. It was raining and cold. After walking to the side doors and finding them locked, we had to drive to the back of the hotel. There was a huge garbage bin and trash at the back door to welcome us. The staff does not wear a uniform so it was hard to distinguish staff from guests. Our room had a huge hole cut in the connector door. This was scary since the guest next door could open their door and access our room. Breakfast is mediocre and offered nothing to drink expect regular coffee. Our kids had to buy soda (at 7am) out of the vending machine.

Cons:Bed Bugs. Rude front desk staff, two different/separate guys. Unclean floors in bedroom.

Pros:If you need a clean, comfortable base to explore the coast, this is a terrific value.
Cons:You're not within walking distance of Seaside or any of its attractions, can't see the sea (much less reach it by foot), and it has no guest laundry - you have to visit the local laundromat.

Pros:Room was OK. Clean and comfortable. Staff was nice.
Cons:Very small room. Saw the back side rooms and they were much bigger. NOT a good value. 60-70 a nite would be appropriate for this motel.
