Cute furniture; boutique hotel feel. Our room was a good size for Seattle and the front desk person got us to a higher floor so that we’d have a view of the space needle.
A bit noisy; valet parking was a bit much at $35 + tax, and especially considering the room cost was only $119
Somewhat faded glory
Inherently attractive older hotel which needs some adjustment to be more user-friendly For instance, Bath supplies came in fixed containers that didn't work and there weren't outlets to plug things in. Staff were very warm and helpful.
The person who checked us in, Andrew, was more than accommodating. He was so nice and provided some small extras that made my son very happy.
close to University Ave and UW
beggars nearby; not disclosing there's a parking fee
Free coffee at the cafe Room with a view on the 15th floor, spacious and comfortable Apples Morning paper available Elevators always prompt Cafe staff very helpful
It was a surprise to pay for parking when it was free last year and did not indicate charge on the website. In general website lacked information such as hours for the cafe.
