Pros (+) The room was clean and the staff helpful, going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (e.g. providing extra towels and soap for our group).
Cons (-) Elevators are a little old and slow, but not much to complain about at this hotel, especially for the price tag.

Pros (+) Close to peoplease I know. Front desk staff very helpful and professional in person.

Pros (+) Reasonably close to downtown and the space needle. The restaurant was okay, though breakfast was too expensive. Staff were very professional.
Cons (-) Doesn't include free breakfast, even though the Holiday Inn Express that's right behind it does. Bedsheets don't fully cover the queen beds. Free Wi-Fi was so slow as to be worthless (100kB/s).
