The web page showed a indoor swimming pool, we picked this hotel because the pool looked nice. A very disappointed 5 year old, try to explain to a 5 year old that we are not going swimming. I feel this is false advertisement, I would of never paid what we paid to stay at this hotel without it having a swimming pool.
I was unable to go to the Silver Cloud on my initial date, but they were super accommodating by letting me switch days for no charge.
Comfortable, well located for UW and UWMC
Quiet, clean and comfortable.
Room, pool, exercise center
Tiny toilet, too pricey
I stayed at the Silver Cloud University Village since it was close to the Alaska Arena when my granddaughter was playing volleyball,.
Unfortunately, I forgot my medications and I needed to check out one day early. Since I booked with Kayak, the hotel would not refund my money. I could not find a phone number for Kayak to pursue a refund. I will no longer use a third party to book a reservation.
