The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. That’s about where the pros end. Our room was $300/night and the view was directly into a parking garage which allowed no daylight to enter our room, had I known that I would have stayed elsewhere as most comparable hotels in downtown were the same price range. They charge an additional $25 resort fee at check in which they say can be used as a credit in their restaurant or bar, they didn’t apply the credit. I would have been fine with that but on top of it I got an extra $97 charge that is unexplained. We also had to pay $10 a day for wifi access. All in all I feel like we overpaid for what we got.

This review is not for the hotel but for the 3rd party company Kayak pushed me to for booking. I was believed Traveluro was dependable because it was through Kayak. When I got the confirmation email with the total amount paid, I thought I had a booking. On the day, I found out they did not complete the booking bc there were no rooms available. Completely misleading and a terrible experience with Kayak and Traveluro.
