The amazing staff offered us champagne on arrival. After enjoying that at the check in seating area we went up to find a very modern, clean, and well thought out room with charging ports everywhere and probably the best shower I’ve seen in a hotel in a while. The roof top bar is not to be missed and the hotel restaurant, “Conversations”, was truly elevated dining.
Staff goes far & beyond to accommodate your Evey need. Food price(room service) very expensive(cup of tea and toast $16 including tip)
Clean but stuffy room, air conditioner/heat made noises, view has no privacy close to other business buildings.
Location - near light rail and bus, Pike Place and downtown. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was good because it was a rain shower. Bathroom was comfortable for more than one person. View was fun, for this room, but your experience will vary. Staff was engaging and pleasant to work with.
The room was small even by European standards. More than two people would be challenged to move around in the room. I'm glad I did not have to pay $40 per night for parking. The rooftop bar was jammed to the point that I went back downstairs.
The construction made it hard to find the valet
Beautiful sleek decor and great staff
The in room dining options leave a lot to be desired
