Hotel was great. Unfortunately the neighborhood is a bit on the sketchy side now. No fault of the hotel. Just that Seattle is gone downhill.
We had an amazing view of Seattle from our fourth floor room. Coffee was excellent, location perfect, room was delightfully comfortable!
Pros. Everything was excellent, just one complaint (see below). But I would definitely stay again.
Cons. My room was next to the alleyway and while it was pretty quiet most of the time, when the garbage trucks came through it was extremely loud. I didn’t expect it to be silent because of the location, but the noise could probably be a little less with some more “soundproofing” type efforts. Maybe double pane windows?
Pros. Hotel was very nice. The décor as well as the restaurant bar and coffee spot all were great perks. The rooms were cozy and clean and different from the big chain hotels.
Cons. I love hot showers with great water pressure. The first room the water stopped while my girlfriend was in the shower. The hotel moved us into a new room with a nicer view however we experienced the same issue the next day.
