Pros:Great hotel great views great location
A
7.7 Good
Pros:One of the best locations in Seattle with views of the Puget Sound from all the public rooms.
Cons:Half the rooms face the service road and car park.
A
10.0 Excellent
Pros:Loved going to large room off lobby to have a very relaxing experience seeing the water and mountains at the same time. Was with my sister and we were able to visit Pike Street Market and the downtown several times (even in light rain) because of the hotel van amenity.
Cons:was hard to get ride to ferry using the hotel van as it was on the hour schedule.
A
7.7 Good
Pros:Easy walking access to pike place and downtown Seattle Beautiful lobby Great place to sit and watch the water Very romantic Cozy bed Good food from room service Also loved the little convienence store in the lobby!
Cons:Staff wasn't super helpful, but I'm thinking that was mostly because it was the holidays and it was pretty busy The hotel cleaning staff kept on changing the shower head to the one we didn't like and we had to keep changing it back. That was just a little weird. Wish our room had a tub. Thin walls.
A
8.0 Great
Pros:Fireplaces in every room. Cozy feeling of a lodge and views of the stormy water.
Cons:Our water view room had a piece of dock equipment (mobile people gangway or something) partially obstructing of our water view.
A
4.8 Mediocre
Cons:I've stayed in better economy type inns. Cool location , but way dated and a need for up dating. The price didn't match the facilities
A
10.0 Excellent
Pros:This is a beautiful hotel on the water. The rooms are immaculate. The staff always helpful. The restaurant was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
A
9.7 Excellent
Pros:The room and staff were great!!! Clean everything!!! Great location!!!
Cons:Overpriced valet parking $41.00!!! Just ridiculous!!!
A
10.0 Excellent
Pros:Ambience
A
10.0 Excellent
Pros:As tourists, the location was ideal and right in the middle of a ton of sites and restaurants. The decor and view were incredible as well, and I highly recommend cocktail hour in the gorgeous bar. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both were incredible. Would absolutely recommend this to friends, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Cons:The only complaint I have is that we had issues with our fireplace, and while I'm sure 98% of it was user error we also kept getting conflicting information on how to make it work from various hotel staff. We must have asked for instructions on how to turn it on and off four different times and were told four different instructions on how to operate it.
