What are the pros of staying at Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit?
Spacious rooms and great price, great room amazing views, great family friendly place, clean, friendly staff, good value for the money, lovely grounds, well maintained and fabulous employees, perfect location, comfortable bed, spacious room, whirlpool, friendly staff, very clean, nice landscaping, beautiful property, the staff were amazing, very spacious, really spacious and convenient parking, beautiful property, the beds were comfy, the kitchenette was convenient, the pools and spas that we used were very nice, the location is a bit out of town but very pretty and nice to be out of the bustle, the grounds were very nicely kept, excellent swimming pools, loved the location, and the gentleman at the front desk was super helpful when we asked to upgrade to another room, beautiful views, helpful staff, clean room, beautiful lobby and grounds, the adobe suites were all different and appealing, the views were stunning, there was free parking and the property was somewhat secluded, away from the tourist noise, my suite had a ceiling fan which made me giddy with joy, there was a kitchen stocked with everything necessary for making a meal, we enjoyed the location of the Hilton Summit the most, and the apartment had everything we needed and the apartment complex's surrounded the pool and hot tub which were really nice.
What are the cons of staying at Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit?
We enjoy the Diamond Resort property, no cell phone service, WiFi was spotty and unreliable, hidden resort fees at check-in, rooms looked like it was from the 60s, there was no restaurant on the premises, no hairdryer, it came with an oven and a fridge which were making noise the entire night, poor TV selection, hotel charged more than online booking price, room supposed to have a balcony but was a basement unit facing a wall, sink was clogged, missing tissues and linen, night staff was not accommodating, no housekeeping during stay, bed had sand in it and didn't look like sheets had been changed, quite exclusive, the view wasn't great from 252P, but we didn't care, facilities are a little dated, but clean and private, the route or path to the entrance to the unit was difficult to find, it at all possible, please don't try to sell me a membership at 10 pm, very uncomfortable just let me check in and get to my room, the room felt very unclean, it's always been 'dated', but never dirty, but this time was different, the pull-out couch had a mattress with a big pee stain on it, the air vents for the AC were pretty dusty, the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower, toilet was clearly not very well cleaned, and there was hat appeared to be mold in the shower in several locations along the bottom of the shower and against the wall, the bathroom vent also did not work, and was dirty, outdated room, room location was not the best looking at a parking lot instead of the canyon, no match for the high price per night, shower head was falling apart, got a roach visit in the kitchen area, amenities fee of $25 per day plus tax was a little pricey and will consider other places in the area that don't charge it, the room was gorgeous, but it needed a new mattress, some of the property needs updating, the water pressure in the shower was not as strong as I would like, a little dark at night, some of the property needs updating, tiny kitchen and the lack of view from the balcony was much less than any picture, our room and balcony happen to look out on two dead trees and the Sedona bus pick up was just outside our room so we had no privacy even though we were in the back corner.
What are the best times to visit Hilton Vacation Club Sedona Summit?
The location was excellent for hikers, 15 minutes to many beautiful hikes, and the resort was in a quiet area away from the busy town of Sedona, tucked away into the red rocks, there were great views during the day and great star gazing at night.
