Very mediocre, and disappointing for the price of the ticket
this was the THIRD time in four Alaska flights that were 2 hours late. Only one was due to weather. The intentionally posted each flight as only 1 hour and 55 minutes late so that they wouldn't have to give out vouchers. And then the flights all ended up more than 2 hours late. Makes United look like a premium carrier.
We sat on the tarmac for 25 minutes after landing and it caused me to miss a connecting flight. It turned a 7 hour travel day into a 14 hour travel day. That really sucked.
Alaska is usually amazing. This time was the exception. Something in the plane broke and had to be fixed. It happens, I get it. So instead of arriving home at 1030pm...I arrived at 3am. Needless to say it was a looooong night. Especially when I got to the airport at 430p for a 645 flight.
It was fine, mostly I was just happy to be on my last leg home. No in flight entertainment but that's forgivable since it was only a 2 hour flight.
Both of my planes were delayed which is less than ideal but it's alright, unsurprising with very small flights.
If the flight from Seattle to Eugene hadn’t been delayed for mechanical reasons we never would have made it. 45 minutes is not enough time to deplane and get clear across a big airport like SeaTac.
Was delayed in Newark 24 hours due to mechanical problems. The staff was very helpful in trying to make the best of a trying situation. In SeaTac, they changed gates and times. Usually have no problems from SeaTac.
Terrible. My flight was pushed out three times finally the fourth time it was canceled completely. They sent me to a hotel that would not accept the voucher. And I had to pay for my cab and Uber . I arrived at the airport at five and didn’t get into my hotel until 1145.
I still in San Francisco😡the flight has delay and lm not sure l can back to Seattle or not😡lm here from 7.30pm and still waiting😡 l never will use of Kayak.
As smooth as you can expect. Some issues with boarding because the previous plane took forever to deplane but overall, a good experience.
After a two hour delay, my flight was CANCELLED! No pilot available. Such BS.
I miss the screens they used to have for the long flights. I use a Kendal and it doesn’t work well with there WiFi. I tried my cell and the wifi was not good for it either this is the free wifi.
Update departure times in a more timely manner. We are not boarding on time if the plane isn’t arriving until after our scheduled departure time.
Took off on time and successfully avoided weather that looked to be a problem along the way

We kept being told that the flight was full and that all overhead compartments were full and therefore had to check in our hand luggage. We were some of the last people to board and noticed that there was still sufficient space in the overhead compartments. We were obliged to check in hand luggage when there was space and so had to wait at luggage retrieval which took a while to then noticed damage to our luggage - not a great experience!
The flight was quick and to the point. The crew just did their job w/o excessive talking and everything was just perfect.
The seats were crammed and the guy in front of me wouldn't stop reclining. If AA is cramming extra rows in, they need to take away the reclining in coach. My knees were smashed for 4 1/2 hours and I was very close to confronting the passenger in front of me.
