Location was great and really loved the on-site creek area. Room was also a good size.
Timeshare sales pitch when checking in was extremely disappointing. Even though the room was a good size it was in desperate need of a remodel. The WiFi wasn’t even strong enough to open up a webpage let alone do any work. Normally I’d just figure something out but WiFi was included within the $30 resort fee. 10am check out was beyond ridiculous.
The only issue was the compressor noise from the unit beside me. Loud and late night
Beautiful outside and atmosphere.
Rooms were old and outdated for the price. No maid service so no fresh linens. We had to call and ask for fresh towels and coffee.
The view was fantastic. We enjoyed our upgrade to a suite.
We would have liked to stay longer.
Timeshare Property
Location to shops/dining.
Shower heads and the fact that it's a timeshare property. So be prepared to deal with sales people constantly.
Amazing stay!!
Awesome grounds and room was amazing! Fun activities and things to do with the family. Right in the mix of everything there is to do! Only wish my stay was longer!
Being in Arizona and hot, would have been nice to have some complimentary water in the room
Great stay
So many amenities right on site: spa, mini golf, tennis, pool, organized activities, free yoga. Amazing value for the money. The staff really could not have been more friendly and helpful. Went above and beyond to help us get a refund for a booking mistake that was our fault.
The facilities are a little dated, but not nearly as much as some of the reviewers on here suggest. I think it has everything to do with how much you spent for the room—if you spend $250+ you may feel let down because your expectations are higher. We spent ~$150 because it was a heat wave so we were amazed at how much we got for that—free yoga? Yes, please!
It was nice and quite . Rooms where big and update and the grounds very well taken care of. Will be back again.
All good except the pushy sales efforts
Nice grounds, pretty lobby, close to good stuff in Sedona.
Constantly being hounded to buy a timeshare. I don't want your dumb timeshare!! Or your check in gift or your check out gift. Ugh!!
Good location
Concierge was pushy about signing up for their $150 3 nights, 4 day "deal" Lured us there by telling us they had a farewell gift.
Noisy room and Construction of driveway
Location was great Resort overall was dated but clean and had all ammenities.
Road work early in morning Room 136 was next to service room and was very loud at night. Didn't get much sleep due to noise. Wifi was barely serviceable. GSM cell reception was voice only. CDMA worked ok.
Great for family vacation
Kid friendly. Lots of activities for kids. Mini golf coarse, park full of family game options. Full kitchen means you don't have to eat out which is good if you have small kids.
Desk staff a little rough around the edges. We asked to book an extra night. This turned out to be a confusing request to have made. Desk staff ultimately figured it out and it was fine, but only after two calls and two visits to the desk.
