The layout was very good and easy to use. comfortable and quiet. Very much liked adults only pool. patio was OK location was good west side of Sedona.
I expected a hotel , I got a time share. I was looking for a patio to look out at red rock canyon as was pictured on all photos that was what I was looking for. That I was told that was Mesa part of the RESORT. A resort to me means maid service, not so much one day mid week fresh towels and made bed. I paid in full including ( I thought) all taxes and fees, I was charged 13.57/day resort fee????? Seems everyone in the area is selling timeshare including HERE , was asked numerous time to attend for extra discounted products. Will not return. There is a Hilton / Hampton 1/2 mile away and a Marriott courtyard going up across the street.
For the price I didn't find it a great value
Decent location from which to operate when visiting Sedona and Oak Creek. Room was comfortable and clean. We did like the mini kitchen and equipment that went with it.
The hard sell from office staff regarding their companies other time share facilities was obnoxious and threatened to take away precious time we had to spend exploring the outdoors
The room was well appointed and very user friendly. The staff was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our stay.
the coffee pot was not functional and we would have appreciated more frequent maid service. Also we asked one of your staff to direct us the a near by breakfast restaurant and his instructions were way off.But to be fair he was in training according to his badge.
The shower was very large
The hard sell to attend a presentation when we checked in. The staff in total was not very friendly and I didn't like charging extra for coffee, paper, etc.
The quality of the furniture and appliances. Above average, Very attractive Lots of storage, large bathroom. Adequate parking, easy access.
Our unit on the second floor was great, but other family had the lower units which were actually below ground level and very dark and depressing. The units are very small, but will work adequately for only 2 - would be too crowded for 4.
I liked the fact that there was a view of the Red Rocks.
We were able to obtain nicer accomodations at Sedona Summit than other offerings costing more. That is pretty much everyone's concern. Found the location on the Western side of Sedona to our liking, away from the 100% commercial tourist atmosphere closer to town.
It is difficult to know ahead just what unit one may find themselves assigned to. Some are advertised and updated, but one is not able to determine prior to checkin if that is what you'll get.
Sedona is beautiful. The hotel room had a nice kitchen and sitting area. It was clean.
Our unit was located in the basement / ground floor and viewed a very nice retaining wall. A beautiful view of the red cliffs exists on the north side of the room but no window or patio was provided to take advantage of this. The coffee maker didn't work and when I checked out the girl at the desk seemed uninterested in this problem.
Location is ideal, the rooms were spacious, nicely decorated and comfortable.
I had a well appointed room, but not a good view. 'the educational musical flute entertainment was excellent as well as some other planned events. I also liked the choice of reasonably priced tours...particularly the 'vortex tour'.
Very quiet considering the building was next to one of the main roads in Sedona. Spectacular scenery. More amenities than the normal hotel room.
Was very peaceful and restful and that is what I went for. Had a good time.
Beds need to be softer maybe comfort select beds would help for those fo us used to water beds this is the closested thing to them.
All the needed equipement in the studio, nice place
Studio to close with the neighborn, by a simple door, curtain to simple and not efficent to have the complete dark in the room
