Pros. This was certainly one of the nicest hotels I saw in Segovia. Also, it's right on Plaza Mayor so it's hard to miss (some hotels are located on side streets).
Cons. Outside Madrid, it is much harder to find English speaking staff-- and Segovia is no exception. While they were very accommodating, getting detailed instructions was sometimes a challenge.
