Pros: Awesome historic B&B! I love history and this inn along with the immediate surrounding buildings take you back in time. It's like a little slice of history that the city forgot. Breakfast was great and the chef was very nice and knowledgeable. He also can accommodate almost any special dietary need.
Cons: I couldn't stay longer!
Pros: Staff was excellent, accommodations were excellent. I will definitely return on my next visit.
Pros: Quaint warm and charming. Staff was very helpful.
Fort Conde Inn puts you in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Museum of Mobile and Gulf Coast Exploreum. Free perks include cooked-to-order breakfast, WiFi, and self parking. Nice touches like Egyptian cotton sheets, premium bedding, and bathrobes are offered up in all rooms.
Pros: Very convient for for downtown. Well maintained, clean and crisp! Awesome staff and nice breakfast!
Pros: Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The Inn had off-street parking for a low fee. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Our room was lovely. Not much of a view but we didn't come to Mobile to look out of a window!
Cons: Our next door neighbors were very loud way past midnight. People walking up and down the hallways need to be reminded to talk softly. Some visitors are trying to sleep between midnight and 7am. This problem is not unique to Hampton Inn.

Pros: great place, well run, friendly staff. would definitely go back.
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: Mandatory vallet parking that cost $20 a day
Pros: Great location and friendly staff.
Pros: Convenient to down town area lots to do within walking distance
Cons: Bed was hard. Not a 4 star mattress. 20 a day to park and no access to the vehicle without valet attendants.
Pros: The beauty of this hotel was a plus, and the location was convenient as well. The rooms were very large and relaxing. The roof top Terrence was so nice and well kept!
Cons: No microwaves in the room. That was it!
Pros: Nice location for Mardi Gras
Cons: Room, especially the shower, could have been cleaner
Pros: Right in the middle of downtown. Able to walk to many good restaurants.
Pros: Very charming.
Cons: Steam sauna only available with purchase of day pass to spa and appointment
Cons: The only thing we didn't like was that we HAD to valet our car for $16/day unless we wanted to park on the street (at our own risk) or in the parking garage 3 blocks down the street.
Pros: Beautiful old hotel, music in lounge
Cons: Did not get to stay in the historical rooms, wedding parties so had rooms in the tower side, room and bath were very nice, was just looking forward to the other location. The restaurant was ok but not great. Over all it was a nice stay.
There is another Renaissance hotel very close by, so make sure you specify Renaissance Battlehouse when asking for directions. I highly recommended their valet service. The attendants were extremely nice and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel. The first time, booked directly with the hotel, so I had no problem with getting the room that I wanted. The hotel was booked this past time, so I am hopeful the staff would've been more accommodating on room assignment had I called ahead.
Pros: This is a beautifully decorated hotel, and I do love the Aveda bath products.
Cons: The front desk staff was inflexible. We ended up in a hospitality suite which meant sleeping on a Murphy bed. My advice would be to call ahead so you aren't put in one of these. Room service for breakfast had an hour wait.

Cons: Had to have my key cards reprogrammed four times in three days. This has been happening every time I stay at this hotel. I keep my cards in their sleeve and from any electronics but they still fail.
This is getting very annoying especially when I leave my room to go to the workout facility.
Pros: Nice and clean
Pros: Nice hotel. Walking distance to lots of downtown attractions, dining and entertainment.
Pros: I like the location.
Cons: The pool.

Cons: Need to be specific as to what size bed and room renting. Told by hotel that b/c of service we went into a category of "what ever is available" And it did not accommodate our party and b/c it was Mardi Gras there was nothing we could do...next time I will look at the service for prices and then directly call hotel.
Pros: Staff was helpful and accommodating. Centrally located, easy access to parking. Facility was clean and well lit. Would recommend and stay again.

Pros: Charming clean and friendly would defiantly good back
Cons: Nothing it was great
Pros: The breakfast was good and beds were pretty comfortable.
Cons: The water temperature in the showers was unpredictable. They moved us to another room. I wouldn't let my daughter shower because it scalded me due to huge temperature swings. I also had to clean the floating debris out of the pool before swimming due to it being overfilled, which makes the skimmer not work properly.
Pros: Very nice comfortable historic with modern amenities, very romantic in historic downtown Mobile the staff was amazing and full of information and history I will definitely visit again.. Best value for my money ever.
Pros: Staff was always friendly and helpful. Loved how quiet it was and how we could walk wherever we wanted to go in the historic downtown area. Enjoyed the courtyard for breakfast and just to relax in. Lots of charm and character.
Cons: We didn't enjoy how high the beds were but once we got up there, they were comfortable. Just wish they provided a step or two to get up on the bed or lower the beds some.
Malaga Inn puts you in a great location, within just a 10-minute walk of Museum of Mobile and Gulf Coast Exploreum. Guests can enjoy the outdoor pool or take advantage of nearby kayaking. A seasonal outdoor pool and a garden are other highlights, and all rooms offer premium bedding and free WiFi.
Pros: The room was roomy and clean. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was a nice surprise!! Saved us from having to find a place to eat. Usually hotels have some danishes, cold cereal and fruit. The full breakfast gave a great start to the day! Thank you!!!!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind

Pros: Friendly staff at front desk, but housekeeping was incredibly poor. We pulled bedding off and requested service and upon our 6pm return, the linen was still in a pile on the floor. There were two women on the evening housekeeping shift on 7/21 who worked diligently to remedy the poor housekeeping service. The woman in charge of the breakfast area was really helpful, but our overall visit was poor. We generally stay here twice a year, but after this visit, we will no longer check into the Wingate/Holiday Suites (renamed during our stay)
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Under renovation. Front door and lobby closed traveling with my daughter and entry to hotel was in the back, dimly lit. Did not feel secure.
Nice hotel but not very clean. Noticed floors in the upper floors needed vacuumin. Face towel was not clean but hanging in display as well as hair in the corner behind the bathroom door.
Pros: Person at front desk was nice and helpful.
Cons: Bed and pillows very lumpy, cheap, and uncomfortable. Powdered egg and paper thin bacon breakfast was close to inedible. Amenities disappointing. Poor value for even relatively cheap discounted rate. Would not recommend.
Pros: Clean reasonably priced place to stay on a trip. Well located if going to Bellingrath Gardens, would recommend to friends.
Cons: A little hard to access.
Cons: Exceeded expectations.
Pros: The room was decent.
Cons: There were no towels even though I reserved a room for three. We asked for a disabled room but were not accommodated bc our reservation didn't say this. The room was overpriced given it had a dirty comforter. The breakfast was aweful. Powdered eggs, something rubber that meant to lol like bacon, cream cheese that was old our entire family didn't feel well after eating there. The staff was professional, but not nice nor accommodating. Didn't like this at all. I was expecting a lot lote based on the three star rating.
Pros: Convenience, location, comfort, all wonderful.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit hectic. The lady who cared for the area was kept very busy replacing items on the breakfast bar and had little time to clean tables or even empty the trash cans.
Pros: Everything was great. Staff was extremely friendly & helpful. Even saw an exchange with front desk answering a request from a young child with such curtiousness. The bed was absolutely heavenly to sleep in! Breakfast was plentiful & hot.
Cons: Doesn't apply!

Cons: room service almost inexistant - charging for parking while plenty of free street parking - no flexibility for check out time - no place to hang towels to dry, no hook, no rack, nothing -
Pros: It was one of the most beautiful and comfortable hotels. It was a little expensive but I'd pay for it over and over again. Staff were nice and helpful. I love everything about this place and I'd recommend to anyone. It has a romantic feel so I'd recommend it for adults
Pros: Friendly and courteous staff, comfortable room, cold A/C. Good value for $. Room had fridge.
Cons: I had front street room, it was pretty noisy; pay to park. Noisy A/C.
Pros: this hotel was amazing, the hotel itself was 75 years old and had historic qualities about it with a new re-modeled interior. the staff was so nice and extremely helpful during our stay again, hands down def the only hotel I will stay at when I come back to mobile.
Pros: Location, comfort and ambience, staff was friendly and fun, love the rooftop garden and beehives! We will be back!
Cons: That we couldn't stay longer!
Pros: The Staff was always pleasant, and eager to help.
Pros: I loved the staff and the whole look of the hotel. It's in the middle of a gorgeous remodel.

Pros: The old building
Cons: Bathroom need to be updated

Pros: The first room smelled the second room wasn't too much better. The linen for the sleeper sofa wasnt clean. The throw at the end of bed was dirty. The dresser had some sticky subtance on the top. Roach crawling on shower wall. Hotel just nasty and smelled like mildew/mold!!! I want a refund!!!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean
Cons: The only thing I missed was that the hotel shuttle does not operate on sundays to the airport.
Pros: Decent clean place to stay for a night. Bed was very comfortable. Air stopped working in my room and they immediately got me another room. Certain things in the room, door handles, molding around the bathroom counter, light fixtures are starting to fall apart and needs attention to keep this a decent hotel. Other than that, no complaints at all.
Pros: Overall not a bad hotel. Rooms need some TLC and updating but was clean, water was hot w decent towels
Cons: Took returning to the front desk twice upon check in for room keys to work and again later the next day they didn't work. Finally said just give me new keys.
Pros: Nice staff, great breakfast, quiet, very comfy beds!
Cons: Outside is a mess! Needs a good power wash!
Pros: The bed was SUPER comfy, nice clean room in great condition
Pros: I LOVED how sophisticated everything looked. From the bathroom to the bedroom. The vaulted ceilings added to the luxury. All of this for an amazing price of 89 / night!
Cons: Nothing! It was one of the best experiences I've had up to date. Compared to la quita, I can't believe I paid an extra 10 dollars to get luxury in my room at windgate

Pros: Quiet room. Never heard any outside noise from the hall or outside the hotel. Nice set up. Centrally located for everything we needed
Cons: Housekeeping knocked on our door an hour before check out and with it being a suite it took me just a second to get to the door to tell them we were still in there, but before i got to the door she opened it. Thank goodness i was fully clothed. The room was very very humid/muggy. Either semi freezing yet very moist or hot and humid.
Pros: Price was very good and staff was very nice
Cons: There was an odd smell in the hallway the second day.
