Pros. Please Google "Shanghai Scam" if you are visiting. Location of hotel was good. It's one block from a major pedestrian shopping mall and you can easily walk to the river or to the square. The hotel room we got was a king and was really nice. It had a huge room and the bathroom was really nice also.
Cons. The A/C in our room didn't work. We notified reception and they sent an engineer to fix it and it worked for 36 or so hours after that and then blew warm air again. The reception staff said all the rooms A/C are bad and there was no point in moving us to another room. She said it's because the A/C units are old and the outside air is too warm to cool.
Pros. Convinient hotel with good facilities. Unfortunately I got a room change due to fullybooked and did got the room I actually payed for.
Cons. The room change to 2 single beds which is smaller than a king sizw bed.
