Pros (+) Everything started so negative, that it was difficult to appreciate anything.
Cons (-) CAN YOU BELIEVE that first they confirmed reservation of all three rooms. At last moment they surprised us by cancelling it. I SHALL NEVER STAY AT KEMPINSKI IN MY LIFE.
Pros (+) Good breakfast variety. Reliable internet. Bathroom amenities (soap etc) have improved since last year.
