Pros (+) The location of the hotel makes it easy to access to nearby restaurant and shopping malls. I appreciate that the front desk staff agreed to give me a higher-floor room.
Cons (-) Waited way too long for checking out --- should have more staff at peak hours. Had to do printing at the hotel and cost was almost one dollar per sheet. The price was ok and I understand that different hotels have different policies and amenities but it would have been a nice gesture for the hotel to offer complimentary printing, like the Hilton hotels I have stayed.
