Pros (+) Decent amount of space for the money.
Cons (-) Cleaner inside and on the grounds, working appliances.
Cons (-) We had room that faced the front. It was a little noisy due to traffic from highway. Also, it was hard to keep room warm. There seemed to be drafts coming in around door. Aside from that, everything else was great.
