No baby crib blamed booking.com for miscommunication
Staff was rude
Staff was great and very helpful.
Shuttle was late even though I made an appointment at 0830, they did not pick me up until 0850 making me late for my meeting. Staff told me it would just be 5 or so minutes and if I would have known it would be that late I would have got an Uber.
Staff: The female bartender was nice. The waitstaff at breakfast were nice. The hotel: Great location for what we wanted, Wonderland Ice Arena, so many restaurants and stores on the same street. The pool was big enough for our 2 children, it was not overly chlorinated & did not have that overpowering bleach smell that most hotel pools do. It was very clean with nice wicker furniture on the deck. They loved the pool table & little convenient store. Our bed was AMAZINGLY comfortable:) and our TV huge. Nice kitchenette in room. Breakfast was great, with an omelet station. I also loved how quiet it was at night. There is a quiet time “indoor voices” that started around 9:30 pm. The 12:00 checkout time is great!!
Front desk evening check-in staff could have been friendlier. Our room smelled like food, gross. I bought Febreze spray when we went out to dinner, I also asked housekeeping to spray disinfectant while we were out, which they did. The pull-out couch mattress was too flimsy and uncomfortable to sleep on. My teen daughter could feel all the springs so she had to close up the pull-out & sleep on the couch instead. Be aware: The hotel has a strict “no drink or food” policy in the pool area. We understood that rule, the bar and lounge area is literally right outside the pool area.

I love how clean and quiet it is. This is always my top pic of hotels to stay in no matter what state I’m in. Everything is ALWAYS great, I NEVER HAD A BAD STAY
