Okay hotel. Nothing wrong but nothing special. Rooms are definitely outdated and could use a refresh.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location for events and travel. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with service, particularly at the front desk, and frequent problems with the elevators, which were often out of order and caused inconvenience. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with mentions of unvacuumed rooms, unpleasant smells, and general wear and tear. While some guests found the staff friendly and the beds comfortable, the overall sentiment was impacted by negative experiences with service, maintenance, and cleanliness.AI-Generated from customer reviews
