car was reliableCons:
pickup experience was a nightmare and took well over an hour. drop off experience not much better with company taking additional security deposit of 2000rmb which they hold for a month in case of any traffic offence fines incurred. The overall experience was not great but at least the car was okkeddy by Europcar
