Nice beds, large room. Nice pool, good breakfast. Housekeeping banging on our door at 8:00am on the day of check out. They knew we would be out by 11... Why wake us up?
Great room with awesome breakfast
Clean, friendly, comfortable and great breakfast buffet. Would stay again in the future
Booked my room through Kayak. When I arrived the front desk gave me a rate significantly higher than what I had already paid through Kayak. When I brought that to the attention of the hotel staff they did not even try to solve the problem. The employee said I would have to contact Kayak. Kayak was wonderful and informed me they would contact the hotel to resolve the issue which they did. It turns out the hotel employee checked me in as someone else with the same last name. His excuse was he saw the first name was wrong but assumed my wife was in the car. Asked for a high floor and got a room on the back of the hotel on first floor with a barking dog and loud screaming kids in the next room. The neighborhood did not seem safe. I understand people make mistakes but at least try to solve the problem particularly when the mistake was yours.
Everything worked but it wasn't anything special Breakfast was average. No pool.
A decent room for a decent price. The person I checked in with was rather rude, but otherwise from that, they had decent folks. The breakfast was so-so. Toast, cereal, juice... That type of thing.
The location is great and it's a nice place to sleep. The water pressure could be higher and the shower heads taller.
Trails end was great. Huge, quiet, clean room. Staff was great. Good price. Service and food for breakfast was terrible, but I've had dinner there before and it was great
The restaurant was nice, but did not serve lunch or breakfast as advertised Our room was a cross from the railroad station ...trains going by not so bad, but changing cars all night long was disruptive. No outlets in the room for laptops. A coffee pot was provided but you had to dangle it over the sink to plug in the cord. This motel advertised the largest indoorpool in Sherridan, but did not state the pool is closed for renovations. Very disappointed will never stay there again.
Room was clean No way to control temperature No electrical outlets in bathroom Bathroom not really very functional
Very comfortable and nice
The heater in the room was so very loud we had to sleep with no heat. The hot tub was not working and the water in it was cold. When we got there..we got checked in..I went upstairs with my sleeping baby to lay her down and our room was dirty still. Had to wait till it got cleaned. Not the best stay. My other family stayed at the Hilton and it was great for them...next time I too will be at the Hilton.
The brunch bar pleased all 4 of us and we have very different tastes-nice sitting area to visit in. Loved every minute.
Service Old building
Clean room, comfortable bed..was fine for our overnight stay..great restaurant referral Wished we could have gotten a convenient ground floor room, but those were taken
The room was clean. The cable TV had a good selection of family friendly channels. We were supplied with a list of local restraunts. It is an older facility that needs remodeling. The breakfast served seemed less than adequate for the price paid. It would have been nice to have a breakfast meat on the menu. Having to pay for ice seemed just wrong.
Location We stayed 5 nights and the room was never cleaned and it was in need of a cleaning when we first went in it. They did make the bed every day but it was always missing something, wash cloths, cups, coffee, Kleenex. All you could say about the breakfast is that its food. Had to tell the desk clerk almost every morning that he needed to make some more coffee. Watching tv was more important. Do your self a favor and bypass this place.
The room was clean. The door's peep hole was just a hole in the door and was covered with a bandage for privacy. The deadbolt was missing....safety was NOT a priority and I will not be staying in a days inn again. The manager should have given us two king beds but we received a king and queen/double.....he refused to give us what we paid for. The front desk man was rude.
Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The breakfast was minimal compared to other comparable hotels and the price was higher than normal because of an event in town.
Breakfast was pretty good but the breakfast area was small and congested. We arrived later than expected and it was nice that the pool was open until 11 pm. Dirty carpet and shabby decor. Pictures don't show an accurate representation of the hotel... our room didnt look anything like the photo. Bathroom wasn't clean when we checked in, broken window screen, found toenail clippings on the floor and hair in the shower.
The room was very nice - laid out in an inviting manor. Comfortable and relaxing. It is across from the back of a walmart and faces the freeway on the other side. This is the only drawback for an excellent hotel.
I was supposed to stay here for several weeks, and I had a reservation. The first thing I noticed was that when I told the desk clerk I had a reservation she didn't even ask my name, as if they didn't have any reservations at all. \n \nAs I was inspecting the room, as I always do when I stay in a hotel, I noticed that an outlet behind the refridgerator was hanging out of the wall with the wires exposed, which, in my mind, was a fire hazard, but didn't really worry about it until the next incident. \n \nWhat happened next made me leave immediately. As I was watching TV, about 9:30 pm, I heard banging on my door. Of course I didn't answer it, but it scared the wits out of me since I am female and traveling alone. I then made reservations at another hotel. \n \nI went to the front desk to inform them I was not staying there any longer because of the exposed wire and my own safety. The clerk didn't know what to do, and she called someone on the phone, speaking in a language I didn't understand. The manager then walked in the room, asking me what the problem was. I explained why I had no intention of staying there and asked for my money back. He refused to do that. Since it was only $*, I didn't worry about it. I never did get my money back. \n \nI wouldn't recommend anyone stay there.
The room layout The price, the gym, the AC/Heating unit was terrible. No matter what the thermostat was set to, the unit would constantly kick on and off. There was no way turn it off for good. Even if the T-stat was off, the damn unit ran when it wanted to. Junk.
They say they will clean the room once a week. They don't do it that often or that well. We stayed 18 days and had made a deal on the room rate with the sales manager. She didn't stick by our agreement and charged full price. For the price you are paying it's much better to stay in a room that gets cleaned daily.
Staff was friendly, room was large and comfortable, you can't get a better room for the price we paid. If you were expecting more then you need to pay more. It's a perfect place to stay if you're passing through. I mean, come on. It's not the Hilton, but I didn't pay for the Hilton. I don't really have any complaints.
The staff was nice. No alarm clock in the room. The WiFi password changed but we weren't told it would be changed. I could feel the springs in the mattress poking my back. I heard the people next door in the bathroom and word for word conversations.
Easy access from freeway, close (but not walking distance) to town. Staff was helpful when asked about places to eat/drink. Rooms are dark and only middling clean. Gives the impression of an old college dorm. No breakfast at all - not even fruit or doughnuts - included in the not so low room price.
Room was clean, beds were fine. Pool had tepid water; no microwave or refrigerator in room; exercise room has a decent treadmill.

Bed was hard as a rock. Repeatedly tried to connect to Internet with no luck. Went to the front desk they restarted the router 4 times and by the time I got to my room it was disconnected. Very frustrating. Then refused to me a give reciept at check out
Staff were friendly and helpful. Old and rickety, both structure and decor. Needs an update, or perhaps more importantly, a new building. Walking the hallway on the 2nd floor makes the building shake a bit.
I didn't check out the star rating...Unfortunately. This Super 8 STUNK & was DIRTY. the AC was unplugged and when plugged in gave off a terrible odor as well. The general odor was of greasiness and uncleanliness. Would appreciate a refund!! As above.
The staff was courteous and the room was clean. Room was on the small side and some lamps weren't plugged in because there were other things such as the microwave and fridge plugged into available outlets.
