Cons. The only problem we had was that at the last minute my son and his girlfriend decided to come in town to stay with us. We had a room with a king bed so we asked to change it to two beds - they refused and were going to make us lose 3 nights of payment to change it because we were booked through Expedia and not them. We had to put 4 adults into a room with one bed and paid for a roll away bed to be put in there. The hotel was not even close to booked. They said they can make no changes....I thought it was incredibly rude to make no provisions for the situation - we offered to pay the hotel extra for the extra people. They would do nothing. If I wasn't going to lose 3 nights of payment then I wouldn't have stayed but it was pre-paid...
Pros. Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area was well planned and comfortable.
Cons. The microwave in the food area was not tourist friendly. It had buttons like no other I have ever seen and no instructions. The biscuits were hard and dry, as were the pastries.
