10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sara is a wonderful host. Her B & B is perfectly situated within the walls but located with public parking very close by. You can tell she really cares about her guests, when our arrival was delayed by 3 hours she made our late evening check in as easy as possible. She even left a snack for us in case we arrived hungry. The b&b is clean, very comfortable, walkable to all of the sights.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sara was excellent - prompt, flexible, knowledgeable, and spoke great English. The room was super quiet and the location was excellent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The B&B is convenient to good cafes, and a ten-minute walk to the Duomo. Service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating to the inevitable changes of plans during travel.
Cons: Maybe skip the breakfast on offer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Sara and elenora were awesome! They were so welcoming and accommodating!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern and Clean. Great location. Wonderful owner who was extremely helpful booking activities/tours and accommodating for food allergies.
Cons: Third floor walk up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There are about 35 steps to apartment but host enthusiastically grabbed our cases to take them up. The apartments are recently modernised and bathrooms are well fitted out. Each bedside table has built in wireless mobile phone charger, which is really cool (presuming your phone has that facillity). Sara is a good host and was exceptionally helpful highlihhting our map with important sites and eating places.
Cons: No complaints
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had an excellent stay in il barbero. Artistic room, just a few minutes from piazza del campo. Very friendly and helpful staff! Totally recommend it!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and spacious property with a nice location.
Cons: I have only one recommendation for the place - the breakfast area is immediately next to the 3 rooms. As breakfast starts at 8 am, staff comes in around 7:30 am to prepare the breakfast. If people want to sleep in, this would not be possible. I suggest moving the breakfast area to a different floor for privacy of the guests.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Renovated room, well cleaned, Netflix access, great variety at breakfast. Siena & Tuscany unforgettable!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, very clean, comfortable bed, good advices to visit Sienna and nice host Sara. We were lucky to stay 1 day in a near free public parking (5min). Thanks.
Cons: We expected more home-made products for the breakfast. (Only one excellent marmelade), some noise due to the road.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: - awesome location with a balcony right onto the main arena - very large room, very comfortable and very clean - breakfast delivered into the room
Cons: - the breakfast muesli was okay at best (but there are omelets and other items; can‘t complain, really)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location - beautiful view and stylish room
Cons: It was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The people were friendly. The room was massive and beautiful views
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was ample and very good quality. Room was great, no stairs and overlooking Piazza Il Campo. We will definitely be back. Viola and her brother are awesome and cleaning staff superb.
Cons: I really needed a tub after a lot of walking. Next time Master-suite!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing - overlooking the Piazza. Breakfast with a view! Quiet, spacious, central position. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was ordinary. A good choice was offered but the quality was a little disappointing. For example, the fresh fruit were all under-ripe and the croissants were not the best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, view from balcony, bathroom, breakfast was really good.
Cons: There was some noise from the campo below, but closing the windows helped. Hostess did provide ear plugs if necessary, but I didn’t need them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow. What a place. Actually, it is so good that we stayed in more than anticipated. You simply do not want to leave. What a view. What a room. What a service. What a location.
Cons: I can imagine that some people mention that it is an environment that is not very quiet. Your room's windows have access to the town's central place. When we were here, there was a group of doctors who did just graduate and they were shouting once in a while "Dottore". But this is part of being in the center of a city and we loved it. There are ear buds available for the sensible people.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All is great
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent stay and lovely friendly staff
Quattro Torra Residenza d'Epoca - Siena - Bedroom

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, beautiful rooms and views, great diner with local food in their farmhouse,
Cons: Beds could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The look, amazing old castle. Rooms Are big and a nice shared area 10 min drive from old siena. Must try their red chianti
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from up in the tower room that I stayed in was absolutely breathtaking. There’s AC but when you open a few windows and sit in a wicker chair they provide with a good book, it’s blissfully cool and there’s no need for the unit to run. Be sure to get a good look at Siena before sunset, you’ll be blinded as the sun slowly sets over the city. The breakfast is excellent and filling. The staff give you a piece of paper about the castello which I read twice because it’s fascinating.
Cons: I wish is was just a tiny bit more affordable so I could stay at least one more night (I could only afford to stay for one) but at the same time, it is a very old, beautiful castello so the price is completely understandable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a wonderful time staying in the castle-- a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. The staff is so helpful and nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Just WOW!! The place is breathtakingly beautiful. That’s inside and outside, the hosts were super helpful and we also loved our visit to the Resturaunt. Nicola was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough for us. We’ve fallen in love with this place and will definitely be back again next year
Cons: n/a
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a castle from the 1100s furnished with all modern amenities overlooking a working olive grove, vineyard and apiary in the Tuscan hills outside of sienna.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: In complete contrast to the property we stayed in a night earlier this had it all. A castle / fort no less. Nicola extremely helpful. Gave us option of apartment or tower (we chose apartment). Thing with Siena is parking and this is slightly outside Siena but easy to park and take escalator into town. Beautiful country side. Nicola also has separate country restaurant which was great.
Cons: Nothing. All great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place. Very friendly Good breakfast Very great value
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is beautiful and well maintained. We were up in the tower room with sparkling views every direction. The bed was very comfortable - it was cool to stare up into the rafters and imagine what it was like to live there centuries ago. Our host was very gracious and we ended up going to his farmhouse restaurant that evening. Fabulous meal with great service.
Cons: I don’t think there was anything that needed improvement, other than staying there longer!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality from our host, Nicola

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and charm of the Palazzo! We got the experience of a private house, the charm of traditional lifestyle of Tuscany. We felt at home by the staff. Very thoughtful and available to book us the best restaurants and advice on where to go next on our Tuscany trip. We got 2 rooms that were connected by the balcony and had a great view of Siena (as seen on palazzo pictures)
Cons: Everything great, even value for money spent. Only thing I would recommend is to not travel with a lot of suitcases, because the elevator is quite small. However the charm of the place is taking the stone stairs :)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A beautifully grand apartment in a former palazzo newly renovated and made into a hotel with four rooms. Ours was the former master bedroom. Perfectly located in the centre of Old Siena. A substantial breakfast was available in a caffetteria on the ground floor, with the locals having their morning espresso. The former living room was available to the guests, and also a small rooftop balcony for a late drink. Well worth trying.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: the best place to visit Sienna with a fantastic view on the inner city at breakfast and a spontaneous and warm welcome team ! I would certainly go back there !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The place is incredibly beautiful and the view is simply breathtaking. The team was also really kind. We had a wonderful time here and I would surely recommend it!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is excellent. The view from the balcony (where you have breakfast and drinks in the evening - they run an honesty bar) is stunning. Our room was small but beautiful. The staff were lovely and made us feel very welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was continental with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely go back.
Cons: Nothing - it was all excellent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was perfect! The location idyllic, the view from my window was spectacular!!!
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I hate to tell you, because I want to keep this 6-room, converted mansion with breathtaking view to nyself... but there is nothing not to love. We traveled by train from Florence and had rented a car in Siena to go to San Gimignano for the day, so we arrived in the early evening, quite worn out. From the moment we arrived, the concierge was amazing with a guided tour before we arrived at our unique, gorgeous and sparkling clean room and bathroom. She recommended a very nice restaurant for dinner, just steps away. She doted on us at breakfast, which was European style, and fit for an Italian prince. Then held our bags after we checked out so my 90 yr old Dad and I could spend our day exploring Siena before taking the train back to Florence , without hauling our backpacks around. I'm going to say it was my Dad's last trip to Italy, but he will have the memories, and photos from the breakfast balcony, to remember. And I will have the memory of this time with my Dad and how Residenza d'Epoca made it special.
Cons: There was a bit of street noise from teens at night, but that can happen anywhere and you can't blame a hotel on a residential street.. We LOVED everything that was in the control of the hotel, and their view (which, again they don't cintrol), but that alone was worth every cent.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and the view from the breakfast room was incredible. The staff were amazing and the hotel way exceeded my expectations

Pros: Great location, easy to find in the car. (be careful the entrance is quite narrow). Lovely views out across the countryside and a 10 minute walk up to Siena.
Cons: Nothing it was fine, maybe the bar opening in the early evening afternoon might have been handy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very pretty and well placed. A bit far outside the city but walkable.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very picturesque and peaceful location. Lovey villa located away from traffic noise but easily accessible to the walled city. Friendly and helpful owners. Lovely breakfast - we enjoyed eating outside on the terrace.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very nice and explains a lot about the history of the place, the place is beautiful in itself with a beautiful terrace overviewing the city
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friedly staff ready to help with recommendations for restaurants and which will even sell you bus tickets for a 10min ride into town. Quiet, relaxing location amidst the green with a view towards Siena. You will enjoy breakfast in the garden.
Cons: If you book a comfort type room you may be disappointed to end up in a nice country house style room (shown in the last two pictures as "comfort ") which however is very different of the palazzo style high ceiling rooms with the tiled floor. Ask for non-groundfloor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic feeling in italic Villa! Great location, 10 min walk to Sienna, free parking in safe place. View from windows is outstanding, You will see picturesque scenes of classic Toscana. Managers are helpful and thanks to their recommendations we found beautiful routes through wine and oil fields. Rooms are spacious and well designed in old style of Italy. Amazing place for breakfast in early morning dusk. Definitely we will return here!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners Jacamo and Lorenzo were so welcoming and helpful. They made our touring of Tuscany a highlight of our month long trip.
Cons: I didn't like the right corner of the gate facing out toward traffic and because of its historical designation it can't be modified. It took out my right rear door panel and undercarriage. Be advised: Pullout into the left hand on coming traffic when clear to avoid this mishap. Do NOT cut sharply left or right when making a turn. Pull straight out till you are clear of the gate.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Boutique Hotel in a quiet location, including parking space
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet spot with a great view of the Tuscan countryside; the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the terrace was delightful!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the hotel was top notch. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. We learned more about the palio that was taking place than we ever thought we could. It was only a short 15 minute walk into the center of Siena. We had breakfast in the garden before setting off each day. One of the best things about the hotel was the rooftop. The view was fantastic, especially in the evening. We sat and drank our prosecco while the sun set listening to the voices of mens choirs practicing for the Palio. Or listening to the drum practicing coming from all over the city. Or just sat and watched the sky darken as the sun set and the lights of the city came on. It was a great way to end a hot day of visiting the city. The room was clean, bed comfortable, shower strong, AC good. Wifi strong. Sleeping at night it was quiet, and in the morning you could hear the swifts flying high in the sky. We would definitely return. Don't miss the rooftop.
Cons: No elevator, but can't be added because it is an historical building, so it is something that can be overlooked.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Convenient but quiet location. Wonderful staff. Great rooftop spot to have a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the city.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view, the staff, the comfortable beds. It was a wonderful place to be for a few nights. The staff accommodated anything we requested. Felt like we were VIP's.
Cons: It was a little hard to find the first time.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Jimmy was extremely helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The location is about a 15 minute walk to the center heart of Siena which was the perfect distance for being away from tourists. The hotel’s garden was the perfect setting for a delicious breakfast each morning, with custom espresso drinks available. The rooftop deck is a gorgeous place to watch the sunset with the complimentary Prosecco provided! The room was very nice and comfortable with an amazing view of the Siena skyline. (Request a view if possible.) We can’t wait to return!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was wonderful and the staff went over and above to make sure that your every need was met.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All employees that we came across were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. The setting of the hotel in midst its beautiful and serene garden, were the breakfast was set up, is outstanding. Even more breathtaking is the view from the roof terrace, were you can relax with a sundowner from the hotel-bar after a great day of sightseeing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great view. 20 minute walk to city in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful garden where you get breakfast and evening drinks.
8.5 Excellent

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Nice lounge with drinks & food available all day. Nice big rooms with high ceilings

Pros: Great location. Big room. Huge bathroom. Good size bed. Tea and coffee available in the room
Cons: Difficult to find. Hotel is labelled as Duomo Hotel, once inside you will see the signs for Piazza Paradiso. Air conditioning wasn’t very cold
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean and comfortable room right in the centre of Siena. The bed was really comfortable and the pillows were the best I've slept on. The garden was ideal for looking at and sitting in. A good seating and dining doace. Right in the middle of the city close to the Duomo and Campo but as soon as you shut the door, it was quiet. The room was cleaned daily. Everything you needed for simple self catering. Lots of shower gel, soap etc, coffee tea and sugar provided. A washing machine if you needed it.
Cons: Nothing.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect.
Cons: Stuff changed the bed sheet first day and didn’t bother for the next 3 nights. Don’t quite understand why!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and staff member was helpful with getting taxi.
Cons: Bed was firm
6.3 Good
Cons: The room is very noisy due to lack of noise insulation and barriers. Noise ingress from traffic , people talking, nearby loud music, etc. Hence kept windows closed and run an underperforming very noisy Airconditioning.over night. Beds are not comfortable and bathroom exhaust fan wasn’t working. Car came back with a scratch in the morning after a two day 40 Euro parking fee. That’s why the stay was a disappointment.

6.3 Good
Pros: Very good location. Just a few steps from Duomo and Il Campo. Spacious room with wide windows , nice and comforable bahtroom. Variety in breakfas,t served in a cafe right next to the hotel. The kichenette was a great idea. You could have fresh espresso at any time.
Cons: Since there is no nigth recepsionist it should at least have a vending machine for water beverages snacks etc.
Hotel Palazzetto Rosso - Siena - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Welcome Room Breakfast City center People
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous! Quiet rooms and well equipped
Cons: Loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The mix of history and modernity
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We upgraded to a suite which was AMAZING! It had to have one of the BEST views of Siena. The suite was spacious, chic, and comfortable. There are just 9 rooms in this former grand home so the staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Upon check in they provided a list of local restaurants and made a reservation for us immediately. The hotel, during renovation, maintained many of the original family’s homes historical features, but now includes modern decor. The breakfast was perfect as were the “welcome” drinks and snacks. Truly a GEM!!
Cons: We cannot think of anything we would change. Our only regret was not having more than one night here. It was the perfect end to our months stay in Italy!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and breakfast. Beautiful building.
Cons: Thin walls and could hear the music and conversation from the room next door. Hot water was not working so had a cold shower but could not face washing my hair!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location and the unusual room !
Cons: If we stayed again we would ask for a room at the back , as the front was a little noisy when we had the windows open !
5.8 Okay
Pros: Very well located
Cons: Cold room despite the effort of the reception lady to turn on the heat, it did not work. In the bathroom, the towel dryer did not work either and there was not any adapter for using the hair dryer. At last, despite what it says on the site, the bed was not a king size but 160cms (versus 200 for a king size).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a superb hotel, choc full of character, right in the heart of Siena. The building is spectacular and the owners have juxtaposed a modern, eclectic decor within 13th century walls. Some practicality has been sacrificed to design - filing cabinets don't really make the best wardrobes! - but overall the effect is fun, fresh and unique. Breakfast is a nice selection of fruits, cold meats, cheeses and pastries and the coffee is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and I hope to return in the future.
Cons: Unfortunately the hotel had some issues with its hot water system when we were there, not unreasonable given that the building is 700 years old and trying to cope with 21st century needs, which is why I awarded four rather than five stars for facilities. The staff and management did everything they could to compensate for the inconvenience so full marks for customer service.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, the staff was AMAZING, and the accommodations were outstanding! Totally LOVED Hot Palazzo Rosso.
Cons: We liked everything. The only down side was poor planning on our part. We arrived later than anticipated and the Palazzo Rosso was harder to find in the dark...given the confines of the city of Sienna. Luckily, a kind of angry (but cute!) local business owner saw us driving by more than once and came out to tell us we couldn't drive in Sienna...but then directed us to the Hotel P.R. only 50 meters away! where Marco and staff got us situated (and parked) for our 5 day stay. The location was perfect and central to the city. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful experience.
La Chicca B&B Siena - Siena - Building

All the rooms here come with a flat-screen TV and garden views. Some have a shared bathroom, while others are en suite. La Chicca B&B is a 10-minute drive from Siena Train Station, while Piazza del Campo square is 1 km away.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This B&B has the best atmosphere! The family and staff is very welcoming and friendly, we loved staying there and talking to them during breakfast. The room was beautiful with a new bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, everything is selfmade and fresh and they did everything to provide a glutenfree breakfast for my sister. 12/10 recommendation! We would definitely go back!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The villa was spotlessly clean and the service for check in and breakfast exceeded our expectations. The owners were very polite, professional, and available at all times to answer questions, had a very quick response time and their website offered lots of suggestions for places to eat and see in Siena (super helpful). The room and bathroom were very clean, furniture a little outdated compared to the modern bathroom but fit into the vintage style of the villa. Breakfast had a large variety of sweet and savory, all cakes, breads and brioche made in house. The B&B is about 12 - 15 mins walk to the center of Siena and was nice in the evening as the street was very quiet and away from major traffic. Free public parking on the same street was very convenient. Will definitely come back!
Cons: Maybe for the hotter months it would have been great to have air conditioning but the room did have a fan so that was fine for us. Location was a little further from the center than expected but we loved the walk and there was a great panoramic view up the road which was a bonus!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great old villa type house And welcoming owners Would stay again
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful B&B in an old villa that used to belong to the owner's grandparents in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood in walking distance to the historical center of Siena. One of the owners, Dario, and his wife Seiko were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The had many suggestions for sights to see and restaurants to visit. Unfortunately our time in Siena was too short but we will come back to one of the most beautiful medieval cities in the world.
6.3 Good
Pros: 1, the girl coming from Tokyo is warm and nice to talk. 2, the staff return our belongs by herself on hot sun 3, free parking
Cons: 1, lots of mosquitoes that disturb sleep 2, to our surprise, the property owners refuse one of our friends to use the public toilet even if she is in hurry to use, even if the time was 11am on checkout day, and let her to find and ask a bar on street! 3, remote to old town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room (even with a shared bathroom every room has a wash basin and very cool old fashioned furniture), bathroom itself was very nice. Very cozy, quiet, and beautifull villa, about 10 minutes walk to the city centre, awesome breakfast (most of the stuff was home made - especially the cakes were sooo delicious!), super nice english speaking staff. Really recomend!
Cons: Nothing comes to my mind.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location, lovely big clean rooms and bathroom.
Cons: If I could make any slight criticism it would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in our room, we were however given a bottle of water on arrival which was a nice touch.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a place! This charming house in the surroundings of Siena had all that we were looking for: a nice and helpful staff (with great, useful tips about the city and the Tuscany region as well), a cozy and clean apartment (we stayed in the superior double room) and a great location (just a short walk from the main square of Siena). Also, we had no problem in finding free parking spaces. We strongly recommend this B&B!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful property! Our room was gorgeous and welcoming. The hosts are very sweet and incredibly helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and they have a lovely garden to relax in as well.
Cons: We were there in Europe's heat wave, so it was a tad warm at night. The hosts did a great job at keeping the blinds closed during the day to keep it as cool as possible. I think any other week of the year would have been perfect.

Pros: This was a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size with a wonderful view of the countryside. Large beautiful outside area for breakfast and relaxing. The breakfast offerings were good and you could get a drink at just about any time day or night. The location was perfect - in the city but a bit off the beaten path with restaurants close by. A short walk to Piazza del Campo and Duomo. We’d stay here again.

Pros: The location was walking distance from the center, and offered both free and private parking (at a charge of 20 euro per day). The hotel is beautiful and historical and staff are super friendly and nice. The breakfast was good quality and fresh. I would definitely go back to this hotel!

Pros: It was great to be located in Siena. We were close to everything. Parking was weird but manageable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This former palazzo is a secret gem in the heart of Siena's old city but on a very quiet street away from the busy shops and restaurants. There is a gorgeous garden with balcony overlooking the Tuscan valley below with chirping birds and bubbling fountain where an excellent breakfast buffet is served (heaven!), and lovely sitting rooms with antique furniture and hand-painted ceilings. Our room was large and spacious, and had a beautiful bathroom with fantastic shower. The front desk staff was very helpful and provided restaurant recommendations and umbrellas for rain. There is also a very convenient secure parking lot down the steps behind the property. This was one of our favorite stops on a two week trip thru Italy and Corsica. Too short, but we'll be back!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Views form the terrace, very helpful staff, big clean spacious room, excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific view from our very spacious garden view room Best breakfast in Italy and a charming courtyard that overlooks the country side

Cons: Expensive breakfast
7.5 Good
Pros: The pool and the views
Cons: Uphill walk to it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and staff were very helpful. The pool was spotless and great for families. It’s a very long walk to the walled town centre so you will need to get in to a car or taxi unless you fancy a 40 min trek uphill. The rooms were small and rustic and a little in need of modernisation but the friendliness of the staff and great pool more than made up for it. A local supermarket on the door step of the hotel was also a plus.
Cons: Rooms on the small side and in need of modernising.
9.2 Excellent

7.1 Good
Pros: The finishings were modern and the room was nice and large.
Cons: Our booking stated that breakfast was including - however when we got there we found out that it was 2 pieces of packet toast and some tea - we needed to pay an extra €5 per person to have a proper breakfast which I found was very cheeky when it stated breakfast was included.

Pros: Nice and clean room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: No parking on premises, need to find a place on a street (parking is free there, though). Also, a bit noisy as it's located next to a roundabout. Breakfast is good but didn't include fresh vegetables and fruits.

Pros: Great location and nicely decorated rooms. The breakfast was nice too.
Cons: Was a little difficult to find at first.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Spacious modern and clean. Quite near town centre.
Cons: In a Restricted parking area so some messing about to get luggage sorted and dropped off near accommodation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was really good and everything was tasty, the staff was really nice and forthcoming.
Cons: Location is good but for me the pictures were a bit deceiving, I expected it to be a lot closer to the city center, it's still a long walk uphill to town. I think the price is a bit steep for what you get, cheap furniture and paper thin walls.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was an amazing find!!! New, beautiful, clean and perfectly located next to the Santa Maria della Scalla escalators in Sienna and the Santa Catarina parking garage (you can’t bring your rental car into the town). There is a beautiful private patio off the suite that overlooks the old town walls and views of the San Dominico Church-just breath taking!!! The owners were lovely people and gave us great restaurant recommendations and were just super helpful. I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: It is very well located right near the center of Siena. Very nice B&B, beautifully decorated.
Cons: We had trouble getting to the hotel since it is inside a ZTL zone (no outside cars allowed in, except cars with permission). We had to park our car far away and walk a long way with our luggage - it wasn't far, but uneven roads and a lot of stairs made it seem like it took forever). When we left, we took a taxi back to the car. It is possible to go inside the ZTL but then the staff of the B&B has to issue a permission for the exact time your car was inside. We only learned that once we got there. Also we took some time trying to open the front door at night since nobody told us the door was hard to open. We thought we had the wrong keys, and once we contacted the person responsible the answer was "I know it's hard, keep trying". after 15-20 minutes of trying, we got it, and I can't even explain how. But if you go, beware and tell them to teach you how it's done or you'll be in panic like I was, thinking I would have to sleep on the doorsteps.
5.4 Okay
Pros: In general there was nothing to like, its a decent B&B but not close to the money that was charged. Location can be a plus, but it was still not that close to the main attractions either.
Cons: Breakfast was very very basic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners were spectacularly wonderful. It was bright, large, fantastic breakfast, warm and helpful. Best of our 5 week trip!
Cons: No complaints!
4.6 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Dirty bathroom and shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Owner was fantastic, location exemplary, the apartment was delux. Very happy
Cons: No dislikes - awesome place

Pros: Great location in historic Siena
Cons: Lumpy bed. Terrible breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Reception facility was quite impressive as a lot of hotels in Siena are not open 24/7
Cons: I booked a master bed but they just joint two single beds into one and trust me this is not how I wanted to me surved against the price for the room I paid
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Would have liked own tea making facilities. And too much plastic - individually wrapped cups, bowls and plates at breakfast were disposable plastic. Individually wrapped croissants too. No need for it. Breakfast was ok.
9.2 Excellent

Cons: Break fast was very basic. No fruit or fresh croissants.
7.5 Good
Pros: Location of the hotel along with the price of accomodation is amazing.
Cons: Breakfast with plastic plates, spoons, forks, cups... Never seen before in hotel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great
Cons: It was not clean and the toilet flush was broken. Also there was no air condition and it is so hot and loud outside. We couldn't sleep properly. Also the hotel is advertised as "pets are not allowed" but in reality they allow them. We chose that hotel because they we supposed to be a pet-free hotel as my friend is allergic and she could have an asthma attack if she stays in the same place with pets. So this hotel should be careful about this issue and should NOT put false information on their page. Thanks.
