There was a concert happening in the hotel. At 11:30 pm it was still going on and the base was so loud you could hear it throughout the hotel. The night manager, Lisa, said they should not be playing music after 11:00 pm but refused to do anything. I a Even asked for her last name and she refused to provide it. I ended up calling police and they said others had already called and sent an officer to end the concert. Music did not end until after midnight. Worst manager experience I had ever seen. Will be giving up my Hilton gold to go with marriot.
The gym was extremely nice, with updated equipment and a large selection of dumbells.
