Despite my "dislikes", this is an amazing hostel! Really nice atmosphere and vibe, the staff (lots of them!) are super nice, the place seems to attract a certain, mellow type of guest. The bar in the garden has really cheap drinks and the breakfast is good too. And the showers are sooo hot! I loved Sintra and I loved this hostel!
There was a problem with the entry key cards while I was there, but the staff were quick to fix it. I though the toilet cubicles were pretty tight as well, and I'm not tall! Also, the dorms on the ground floor open onto the common area so you're awake as soon as others are up and talking.

Location. Atmosphere. Staff. If this hostel isn't a 10, I don't know what is. The lounge and bar provide a comfortable environment to chill, hang out and meet fellow travelers.

The location was great with the amazing nature, breakfast was very good and great in terms of price-value, very friendly and helpful staff. It was my second time at this hostel and I will come again :)
