Great location and staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Great bartender.
Pros. My room was on the second floor facing the bar of the hotel. It was so loud even after midnight that the noise of the window air-conditioning unit wouldn’t drown out the noises coming from the bar. We called front desk and asked them to help with this issue, they sent security guy but it was very noisy well after 2 AM. Early next morning the same area was used as restaurant to serve breakfast so needless to say it was very very loud in the morning too. We didn’t have much sleep also die to our room door was facing elevators and there was a lot of foot traffic and noise in the hallway as well. The hotel was clean there was no issues with parking and front staff was very welcoming and professional. We stayed at this hotel to get some night rest on our road trip. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep much and were tired next morning. I think the management of this hotel should be well aware of the noise problem in those type of rooms facing the bar and should offer those rooms or fix the noise issue.

Cons. Room was noisy! Fan/AC in room very loud, added to the second nights wedding party directly above my room.. They should warn guest in the "concierge " floor that they will be directly below festivities, and try to but the people who are there for the party in the room below! Front desk staff seemed to care less, both when I called down that night and when I checked out the next day. I have stayed there many times over many years, but it will not be my first choice for my next trip to SF!
