The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable of the beautiful lake and vineyards area, and accommodating. They are well-mannered and respectful, and provide helpful information about rentals, restaurants, and public transportation.

The hotel is clean, with rooms tidied up daily and a lovely outdoor garden area. However, some guests mentioned that the hotel smelled old and felt not very clean in some areas.
