Pros: The games room was an added bonus.
Cons: We were hoping there was a hot tub.
Pros: The cabin and the house I booked were both very cozy. And I do not mean small. I mean comfortable furnishings, and nicely decorated, with art on the walls that was appropriate for a mountain town. The house had a very large double living room, and both had patios, that I would imagine are very comfortable in the summer.
Pros: We enjoyed the peaceful setting and incredibly comfortable beds. Room was immaculate. Staff was fantastic.
Cons: Not sure :)
Pros: Everything is picture perfect. My family went there to relax and we felt so good staying there for 2 nights. The cabins, trail and everything is so relaxing....we loved it and wud go there again and again and again
Pros: Beds were nice and cozy loved the space in the cabins and the jucuzi very friendly staff
Cons: The mosquitos
Pros: Loved the location, easy to get to Smuggler's Notch for skiing. Cosy, comfortable cabin with a wonderful warm wood burning stove. Plenty of space, cooked both nights in the kitchen with no problems. We were two adults and two older teenagers and we were very comfortable for a ski weekend. Reception staff was excellent and very helpful.
Pros: Rooms were clean and had enough room to move around with 6 people. The staff was super nice and knew the area. Smugglers Notch was a ten minute drive from the cabin.
Pros: This is the second time I chose to stay at Sterling Ridge resort for a Spring Ski trip to Smuggler's Notch. The staff is pleasant and accomodating. They provided us with a small jug of their own maple syrup, harvested from the property. My group is large, so I like the option to be able to book both a 12 person house (with large comfortable common area) as well as smaller cabins. It provides a lot of versatility for sleeping arrangements.
Pros: We loved that most of the rooms had their own bathrooms, pine scented toiletries were a nice touch. The large common area was a great gathering spot for our large group.

Pros: The room we stayed in was clean, and the kitchen was well equipped.
Cons: You had to pay to use the pool. The room we stayed in was near a stairwell, and you could hear EVERYTHING, I mean EVERYTHING.
Pros: The lodge were quite family friendly!
Pros: They need to update their rooms, the bed was awful and everything in the room was way outdated and old.
Cons: Almost everything as it was all old and outdated. It took way to long to check in and we were the only ones at the front desk.
Cons: Overpriced Charged for wi-fi Indoor pool wasn't open until November!?! Additional fees for everything
Pros: Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: We stayed off-season and all the restaurants and most of the facilities were closed
Pros: I stayed for 2 nights with my boyfriend for a little fall weekend away and it was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The resort was huge and had so many things to do. Our room was the perfect size and a good price, and we had an amazing view of the mountain from our balcony. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Cons: We were there off season and all the restaurants were closed. The store was also closed for 2 days due to inventory. Not much to do, but good for indoor bonding.
Pros: The room was very nice and clean.
Cons: The parking was poor only because we were at the mercy of the other folks who stayed at the Resort. There would have been plenty of parking if people wouldn't have left such a wide gap between vehicles.
Cons: The resort needs to put a new pool in as the current one is old.
Pros: A lot of activities for kids
Cons: Our check in time was at 5pm but the room wasn’t ready until 6. Also the blanket was dirty, a lot of stains
Located in Jeffersonville, Smugglers Notch Inn is in the mountains, within a 15-minute drive of Smugglers' Notch Ski Area and Smugglers Notch State Park. Featured amenities include express check-out and ATM/banking services. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The Inn is classic Vermont. It's old, the floors are a bit worn and creaky and AC is as it was in the 1900's. It has a marvelous front porch with rocking chairs and swings for relaxing with an adult beverage, The restaurant (pub) has an outside patio dining area. Perfect place for food/drink and enjoying the blue sky and summer weather. Drive through the "notch" and read its history.
Cons: Set your expectations as it's a very old, but well maintained, Inn.
Pros: Everything was perfect and accommodating
Pros: What was not to like. They had everything Nice rooms, a restaurant,, a pub, Food was excellent and had a wide variety of options. Staff was impressively pleasant, yet not a practiced kind, truly real people. Easy to be at enjoy, never rushed.
Cons: Nothing was to dislike.
Pros: We found the location to our liking as it worked into our cycling itinerary. Vermont is very beautiful and a lovely place to cycle for persons from Quebec. We felt that the drivers were sensitive to cyclists.
Cons: The staff was not friendly and welcoming. The common areas were worn and dirty. The air conditioning could not be controlled in one of our rooms so it was very cold.
Pros: Very comfortable Homey feel , sat on front porch and enjoyed the evening. Owners are great . Very personable! The tavern next door has excellent food ! Will stay here again !
Cons: Everything was perfect
Pros: The owners were awesome! very professional yet personable. I wish I stayed longer and will stay again in the future. Great location to food, stores, outdoor activities and wonderful rooms. Thanks for the experience!

Pros: The owner is very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Scenic location in the Green Mountains.
Pros: The staff was very pleasant. The room very clean. The Inn was convenient to the ski slope.
Pros: Very comfy bed, friendly staff, and very cute and historic vibe.

Pros: staff great , did not enjoy meeting with windham
Cons: windham sales presentation
Pros: staff very helpful , even when they could not find the reservation you set up for me
Cons: when i checked in staff said there was no reservation in my name
Pros: location was good - nice view of the mountain
Cons: earlier check in and later checkout - hidden resort fees - had to clean unit before leaving - too expensive for off season.
Pros: The unit was fully appointed, although a second couch would be nice. Wood burning fireplace is fun. Shuttles around the resort are ample. Karaoke night at the one bar we went to(in the building with Ben and jerrys) was fun. Very large indoor pool and 2 hot tubs. It's a great perk to be able to use the pool and shower facilities after skiing before heading home if you already checked out that morning.
Cons: The $40 "resort fee" that was not mentioned until checking in. Wait a minute, the paid-in-full room is nonrefundable and I just drove 6 hours to get here. What if I don't have $40? Why not make it $100? Or $200? This is a terrible business practice and should be illegal, if it's not.

Cons: Worst place, people smoking crack on the balcony. I rate this in between a 1 and Bates Motel!
Cons: room smelled toilet did not flush
Pros: Clean and accommodating. Owner and staff knew we were there to relax and not there to be pampered.
Cons: Too many mirrors in the room! LOL
Pros: A lot of parking. A nice bar just beside where we had a lot of fun.
Pros: Rooms were spacious.
Cons: Room damp and outdated. No chair to relax in. Needed an update in all areas. Owner is obviously interested in just staying status quo and not spending any time or money on the motel.
Cons: You shafted both the owner and me by allowing me to book for one night, then when it was too late to cancel, charging me for two nights. Next time I will choose NOT to book with booking.com. You are dishonest.
Pros: The staff is friendly and helpful.
Cons: It is a motel and not a hotel - but that is why it was not expensive.
Pros: Johnson, VT is a small town with a lot of charm. The location of this property is nice but the hotel itself is a place nobody should ever stay. The staff (when I could find them) were nice.
Cons: I do not know where to start. This property does not meet ANY standard of a motel these days. The keys are not secure. My room had a sliding door with no lock on it (the latch was physically missing) and a balcony that connected it to other rooms. This is the only property in over 30 years of global travel where I took my possessions with me when I left. There are no locks anywhere on the property to stop anyone from accessing the rooms. I expected a value hotel that might have been a little older. What I got was a room in a hotel populated by permanent residents. The entire place smells of old smoke and is musty. The halls are dirty and have exposed fixtures. The decor is primarily whatever they could find at the dollar store. My room had no curtains that blocked any light. The TV only gets about 4-5 channels out of the hundreds listed. The bedding was old. The furniture was sparse and poorly put together. There was a pepperoni in the middle of my floor. The bathroom floor tiles stuck to my feet. There was a hole in the tub. Nothing about this property matches the pictures. I tried to post real pictures of my stay but the booking.com engine wont take them. DO NOT STAY HERE. I have no idea how the booking.com rating is so high. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere but here.
Pros: One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at a motel.
Cons: Didn't really care for having to pre-pay days before arriving and though it was a comfortable room it wasn't worth Hyatt or Hilton prices.
