Pros: Beautiful Property Lovely pool and outdoor spa pool. Beautiful gardens and lovely all inclusive dinner, the best of our Italian trip for 30 euro although you could order less. Such a relaxing place, idyllic and 1.4 hours from Rome about. All food is home cooking with produce from garden and local.
Cons: Needs a sign on the road that you turn off as it’s a little hard to find
Pros: A farm house that’s only an hour away from Rome, yet it’s a completely different world from Rome, calm and serene, if relaxation is what one’s looking for, this is the place! The hosts were wonderfully welcoming and helpful, the dinner was beyond expectations!
Pros: Wonderful, spacious, comfortable room in a beautiful old Manor House. Stunning location, beautiful pool, and with far-reaching views. The dinner was authentic, home cooked and delicious as was the breakfast. Superb.
Cons: Absolutely nothing: the welcome was perfect.
Pros: Amazing place.. very beautiful and clean room, the swimming pool is great and has the most comfortable beds ever. The staff is very friendly and the food in the restaurant is great. Definitely would advice to stay here.
Cons: Nothing! Just keep in mind that the route can be a bit confusing, our navigation initially send us to the backside of the property.
Pros: Everything about this B&B was fantastic, it is the perfect place to relax and the restaurant has great food - everything we tried was wonderful. We are planning on returning next year.

Pros: The staff was great and went the extra mile to make thing go well.
Pros: Matteo welcomed us and assisted us during a very late check-in. He was smiley, friendly and very professional. Later, I needed a phone charger and he promptly provived one. Moreover, he was willing to chat with me about the property in terms of activities, facilities and clientele - since I work in tourism - in spite of the fact that it was past midnight. The room was beautiful and clean, with a comfortable matress and a very spacious bathroom.
Cons: Check-out happend early, during a shift change, so the staff involved was not engaged and busy discussing between them. However, it was a smooth process and we left very happy of our stay.
Pros: Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, friendly staff a real pleasure to deal with, great value for such a lovely hotel, great food at the hotel restaurant, which is always a plus & in a really lovely area!
Pros: Shower is mouldy needs to re grouted. Had to ask to have towels refreshed.
Cons: Very late in servicing room (after 4 one day), found dirty glass in kitchenette (I.e not checked)
Pros: Location, location, location :-) The main building is wonderful, and the view from our room was stunning. All staff members speak English well.
Cons: The fact that there was no regular bed in the room should have been clearly highlighted (as it a standard to have a regular bed, not just a pull out). Same goes for a bidet: it is a standard in Italy! Unless otherwise stated, I expect it to be there without having to double-check. The room was very noisy, mainly because of the fridge that needs repairing, and because we could clearly hear people from adjacent rooms talking (there was no privacy!!!). Parking is not easy, and there is no option available for Friday mornings. It wasn't unclean, but not too clean either.
Cons: Wash machine soap too purfumey I am sensitive to fragrance Please provide fragrance free
Pros: very Nice building, very comfy beds, friendly staff
Cons: Late check out costs 10€ per hour! They don’t prepare the second bed, they just leave the bed sheets in the closet
Cons: Merely nothing! (to be fully honest, we have been here just for one night BUT this doesn't mean it's not enough).
Pros: What a beautiful hotel! The apartment looks like a museum (in a good way) the staff is very helpful and kind. Highly recommend booking the spa as well because it is your private spa for at least one hour. Loved everything about this hotel!
Pros: Staff are always gracious, efficient and kind. Our one bedroom unit was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. Good options for tours/sightseeing nearby available through hotel.
Located in Vitorchiano, Villa Farfalla Bianca is within a 15-minute drive of Villa Lante and Viterbo Cathedral. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: The host was very kind and nice especially waking up early to personally make us breakfast and coffee. The house was very calm and quiet as it was located in farm area and you can see the beautiful stars at night on the terrace.
Cons: Not easy to locate the accommodation if you don’t have a car.
Pros: We got some gluten free snacks and juice for breakfast which was a very gesture.
Pros: Very friendly people hosting us. Room with a beautifull view. Many hugs from alyssa, eleanora, tommy, luna. Untill the next time...............................................................................................
Pros: Everything. I felt like being on a 5 star hotel. Star treatment! Jacuzzi was very much appreciated for weary travelers. Wonderful room, breakfast al fresco... perfection.
Cons: Maybe a little too much outside civilization if you are looking for socializing. It wasn’t the case for us, so we just enjoyed the stay.
Pros: The place is wonderfull, view is beautifull and the house and Team are perfect. Would love to come again.

Palazzo Orsini provides a shuttle service to/from Attigliano Train Station on request. The Bomarzo exit of the Civitavecchia-Orte national road is 4 km away.
Pros: Great owners, great balcony, great breakfast. If you enjoy four seasons hotels, this is not a place for you.. but if you like prefer great experiences and you are in the area, look no further and select this unique accommodation.
Cons: The room was a bit cold, but this is understandable as you are staying in actual 15th century palazzo (in April)
Pros: If you are looking for old world charming this is the place for you. It was like taking a step back in time. While I speak no Italian and the hosts did not speak English we communicated very well with the help of google translator and had a lot of laughs. Since I was traveling off season I was the only guest there and the hostess still went out of her way to put out a breakfast fit for a King. It was the perfect way to end my 12 day trip to Italy.
Located in Soriano nel Cimino, Il Boschetto di Castagni is within a 15-minute walk of Castello Orsini and Palazzo Chigi-Albani. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Great Place. you cant find better treatment, breakfast and hospitality then in Il Boschetto Di Castagni. Chezare & Maria Grazia are superb welcoming host and the cakes they bakes are AWESOME ! It worth traveling to Soriano nel Cimino again just for this hospitality !!!
Pros: It's been said before but the breakfast and especially the cappuccino were wonderful
Pros: Super comfortable with a very nice breakfast! Property is equipped with EVERYTHING you may wish for.

Featured amenities include limo/town car service, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and luggage storage. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a train station pick-up service.
Pros: The house is historic & beautiful! We enjoyed being on the top floor with a lovely view. The family were friendly & helpful& security was also very good. Breakfast consisted of a vast array of typical local foods & was exceedingly generous & delicious. A good restaurant was within walking distance which made dinner easy.
Pros: Fantastic hospitality, beautiful house, excellent breakfast, helpful and super-nice hosts. The house has a very special atmosphere, surrounded by nice garden. We enjoyed everything!
Cons: We liked everything
Pros: If you might think about Italia you will find a lot of it in this place altogether. The house is very luxurious with aristocratic interior and authentic art. Service was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: The most friendly staff, I have ever experienced while traveling. The great saltwater swimming pool. The beautiful house/palace. The high quality breakfast. The garden, as observation post for the total lunar eclipse. And the great restaurant, recommended by the staff, in town.
Pros: Casina Degli Specchi was possibly the most beautiful and decadent B&B I have ever stayed in. The location to the square in the village was great and also the proximity to some Cafes and bars. The staff were incredible from check in to check out- making sure we had everything we needed and always available to help with restaurant recommendations and bookings, sightseeing ideas etc. The house itself was stunning with beautiful decor in the communal areas that looked as though it should be a museum!
Cons: It was tricky to find as the sat nav couldn’t take us to the building- we ended up driving round the town for 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get there.
Located in Bomarzo, Bed & Breakfast La Casa Del Sole is within a 5-minute drive of Sacro Bosco and The Etruscan Pyramid of Bomarzo.
Pros: Delightful and modern. Proprietor went out her way to help me get from the train station.
Cons: Breakfast was served in a cafe up the hill, not far, but a brisk walk uphill. Restaurants were few and distant, difficult without a car. Not a big problem, but the 2 closest we’re both closed on Tuesday. Not complaining, just saying.
Pros: La Casa Del Sole is a superb B&B: comfortable, quiet and clean. It's located within walking distance (about 15 mins) of the Garden of Monsters, which I came to see for research. Monica, our host, was so kind, helpful and welcoming. She does not speak English and we don't speak Italian but we were able to communicate and she gave us lots of helpful info about nearby sites of interest. We had our own bathroom and even a sitting room as there were no other guests there at the time of our stay. The breakfast each morning was lovely - fresh croissants, fruit, biscuits, yoghurt, tea and toast. We absolutely loved our stay and heartily recommend it!
Cons: The only (tiny) issue was parking at first and this was not the fault of the B&B. Parking spaces are limited in Bomarzo, and when we arrived in the late afternoon, we could not find an 'official' parking space close to the B&B, and we were worried we would get a fine. We later realised that residents seem to take quite a relaxed attitude to parking during the day, and it's usually ok to leave a car in an 'unofficial' parking spot for a while. There is a car park, but it is usually full, so we used street parking for the entirety of our stay.
Pros: Our host was really nice and very helpful
Cons: We liked everything
Pros: Fantastic setting. Very attentive host. Very peaceful. Great location for exploring Monster Park & Viterbo
Cons: There was nothing to dislike
Pros: The place was really cute and cozy. We stayed there because we wanted to go to the Mostri Park, which is very close to it.
Pros: Clean, beautiful, private, quiet, great beds and hosts huge beautiful bathroom.
Cons: LOVE THIS PLACE! Thank you! Wonderful hosts! Super clean, super nice, super comfy!!! Completely bright spot during our trip in Italy. Thank you! Excellent value. Even free parking in gated community street. Lovely private balcony too.
Pros: Owners were very good , very helpful nothing being too much trouble.
Pros: Very nice room Large balcony Safe parking area Nice people
Pros: Very close to the town centre, everything was perfect there.
Pros: Breakfast has been very tasty. Swimming pool against our place.
Cons: Owner has been everywhere. We haven't knew before coming that owners live in this house.
Pros: The beds were great!
Cons: Breakfast is Italian style
Cons: The picture of the swimming pool was a bit misleading, as the pool is, although nearby, not part of the B&B.
Pros: Breakfast has been very taste. Swimming pool against.
Cons: Owner has been everywhere, beacuse he live in next room. Swimming pool not included in price. Only first day has been gratis.
Pros: The owners are a sweet couple who will promptly help you with absolutely anything and make you a delicious coffee in the morning. They have a puppy (Beagle) that is playful and adorable. The place is clean, tidy and comfortable.
Cons: In our bedroom we could hear the noise from the people upstairs, but nothing that some ear plugs can't solve. If that wasn't the case, they would have gotten a perfect 10!
Located in Soriano nel Cimino, Podere Pontepietra is in a rural location, a 4-minute drive from Castello Orsini and 9 minutes from Villa Lante. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Extremely clean and tidy, comfy bed, quiet location for a great night's sleep. Marco was welcoming, helpful and on hand for anything necessary.
a villa surrounded by greenery but just 2 km from the city center, awaits you for a holiday of relaxation and fun. It offers guests a close-up of the villa, with available, during the summer, an outdoor swimming pool in large garden park.Outer space is equipped with gazebo to stay and dine, including barbecue. The apartment is spacious and equipped with all comfort
Pros: Very nice and helpsome host. Fantastic breakfast. Nice room. Most recommendable. We could place our bicycles in a garage. Perfect. Very nice house and garden. Located away from traffic.
Pros: Loved the location outside the main village of Canepina. So peaceful and two beautiful cats on the property. The space is well equipped with a full kitchen. We were able to enjoy a homemade meal. Paolo, the host is incredibly kind. He does not live at the property, but meets you for check in and in the morning. The property is a small house with two bedrooms rented out and shared kitchen living space.
Pros: It was just a little paradise: clean, silent place, surrounded by nature. Probably, my best experience! A super lovely host!!
Pros: Position Cleaniness Breakfast was amazing!!!!
Pros: Location is a quick 10 minute uphill walk from town, but has plenty of easy parking and a great breakfast. Great view of Soriano, also. Small room but enough for 3, very clean, hot shower. Plentiful towels.
Cons: Room was the most boring square box
Pros: The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the price was reasonable.
Cons: Structure need maintenance
Pros: Dinner was very good Martina, the waitress was grossly overworked and deserves medal for her efforts in the dining room. She should have more help on nights like the one I was present at.
Cons: The room was very basic and the beds looked like coffins. Breakfast was a disgrace for a hotel of this apparent standing. I was told this was the best hotel I needed town but a B&B would have been better for breakfast. No mixed fruit, no moline for cereals, orange juice ran out and the waitress cared not.
Pros: The hotel was well located
Cons: The facilities were poor. This is not a 4 star hotel. It appeared the swimming pool area hadn’t been cleaned or looked after for a long period time. There was no laundry service. The walls were paper thin.
Pros: The location is super nice: it’s a very quite place with nature around and a great view of the castle! Just a couple of minutes by car and you are in the town center. Walking there is also an option. There are terraces and balconies in the hotel. Just so relaxing, a place to enjoy the quietness and a glass of wine :) maybe we were lucky and there were not many guests, but the place is still beautiful. Breakfast was quite good, no hot food, but variety of sweet cakes, fruits, yogurts, ham and cheese were there too.
Cons: One thing - the sound proofing of the room doors wasn’t good, in the morning when people start to go to breakfast the corridor door was awfully banging.
Pros: The staff were very helpful, friendly and sociable especially Dorina, the manager who made us feel very welcome. Lovely location, we will definitely stay again.
Cons: Decor in room was a little cold.
Pros: The Staff were nice. The rooms were OK. The breakfast good. The location was amazing, the View surrounding of the Hotel was amazing . The best drive from the Hotel to Rome.

Pros: The setting is wonderful and sleeping at the locanda is truly an authentic experience. The staff was extremely kind and the breakfast with homemade cakes was warming.
Pros: 3 college students, their parents and one grandmother had a wonderful adventure here. Just getting to the property was fun. It's in an ancient Etruscan town. When we arrived, we heard strains of Rhapsody in Blue floating up the hill! The rooms are rustic with modern bathrooms...a fine breakfast is served...but most wonderful was the meal prepared for us by the chef. It was an unforgettable evening!

Pros: Very nice and clean rooms. Great swimming pool.
Pros: We drove at night, arrived and went directly to bed. What a morning we had when we saw the area around! Beautiful scenery, luxurious pool area, tasty breakfast! The owners treated us like celebrities as we were the only guests in the low season. They specialize in events and weddings if you are interested, but the place is perfect if you are road-tripping in the area. There're a lot of things to see around.
Cons: Can't really say. Amazing experience and location!
