Hotel Plaza

Comfy roof terrace with small swimming spool. Spacious and modern room. Superb surprise to my girlfriend, she had a birthday during our visit and hotel staff remembered her and bake a cake. It was amazing! Thanks to hotel staff again for that nice small honour!

Some hotel guest were acting like world owners. Hotel staff did not took this seriously. Some minor problems in roof terrace area. Balcony in the room was pointing out to another building wall. Very odd timings for cleaning personnel.

Central location yet quiet, perfect for those wanting some chill out time yet not too far from shops and restaurants. The rooftop bar and pool area is small but perfect. We could always get a sun lounger and seat in the bar area. Service was excellent too.

We booked a comfort double room. The room we were given was small with a balcony and it smelled of smoke. When we complained the receptionist said she would make housekeeping aware. I had to ask if we could change rooms and once I did we were moved to a larger room without a balcony which was much better. I’m so glad I asked to change rooms.

We can’t speak highly enough of the hotel and staff. Our room was very comfortable and we had stunning views of the sea and Mount Vesuvius. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to relax. The staff were attentive and the front desk were always happy to help with local knowledge. We were greeted with a cappuccino every morning at breakfast which was a lovely touch! The breakfast itself was delicious with plenty of choices. Highly recommend.

Rooms a bit small and dark. Noisy aircon.
