Pros. The location was perfect.
Cons. Coffee maker in each room .
Cons. Very compact and too smelly in the room. No proper air in the room. Tv was nt working properly. Fan was dirty.
Pros. Hotel is bare bones but it has what you need. Staff was responsive and polite.
Cons. If you get the hotel ahead of time and pay <100 per night, it's worth it if you just need a quick place to crash. If you are shopping last minute when prices are high and similar across the board, I would give something else a shot. The hotel just feels old, not very well maintained. Everything feels like the bare minimum, which again isn't bad if you're just crashing for a couple of nights. If you plan on spending any time in the room, however, look elsewhere.

Pros. The comfort of the bed and the location, nothing else. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the lake.
Cons. The worst hotel I ever stayed in! Definitely overpriced for that extent of dirt, broken facilities and kindness of the staff. Leftover food and mold in the microwave and refrigerator, dirt everywhere including toilet, shower and sink. Broken shutters, so that you were able to see the room from the outside, staff tried to hide this with a lamp. In comparison, holes in the wall, no electricity outlets and very poor internet connection were the less bad factors. The stay at that hotel riuned my vacation and the staff did not even listen to me when I wanted to check-out earlier.
Pros. This is run down, dirty and out of date. They put zero $ into it. I've stayed at several motels in SLT that are not great, but this is so bad its scary. Staff look like meth heads.
Cons. They overbooked so we got the room with a large built in jacuzzi spa bath tub. That was fun! But it took a long time for the water to heat up to fill it.
