Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and, in some cases, the comfort of the beds. However, the majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing mold, dirty rooms, and poorly maintained facilities. Many guests also reported negative experiences with service, including unhelpful staff and issues with amenities. The pool area and other facilities were frequently described as unclean or in disrepair. Overall, while the location is a highlight, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and facility maintenance.AI-Generated from customer reviews
