Pros. It was clean and is in process of a nice looking mrenovation
Cons. Some of the breakfast appliances were out of order and furniture randomly piled in the hallways.
Pros. The hotel looks nice from the outside and the staff I felt with, was friendly.
Cons. The hotel appeals to a younger demographic who is not condcerned with sleeping or having consideration for those around them. That said, we had to call the front desk several times during our stay to advise them of the noise level our neighbors were producing at 3 am. The staff could have provided better arrangements by spacing the tenants and providing is all with some privacy. Especially since there was so few people there. The mattress need to go. There are definitely either bed bugs or grease on them and they are very lumpy. We will not be staying here on our future visits to the Island.
Pros. Location and kitchenette were very nice. We were only minutes away from the beach and other great places to eat/drink. The waffle set up made some tasty waffles at breakfast, but there was usually a line.
Cons. Although the bed was a king size, it was probably the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on. The shower had terrible pressure and the water had a bad taste/smell. Parking was free, but good luck fitting if you have a large truck/SUV. Before check in the hotel called me, but I missed the call. I tried 5+ times to call back to tell them I would be there later and nobody answered. Upon check in the staff told me that I missed his call and was rude when I told him he never answered my calls. I will spend more money and stay at a reputable hotel in the future.

Pros. Location was good. Beach was 5-10 minutes walk or 2 minute drive. Plenty of shops and food all around. Easy to find. Nice staff.
Cons. Rooms were dirty, dusty and dark. Messed up reservations; stayed in a room we didn't book first night. Room was hot. Bathrooms dirty. Facilities equipment and supplies out in plain sight; very messy looking.
