Cons (-) We were put in a room above the gym. It was room 433. We were woken up two mornings by loud banging noises. I thought it was construction, but it was weights being dropped in the gym. It was really unpleasant. The front desk should have warned us, and would have requested to be moved to a different room. I'm very unhappy with my stay.

Cons (-) Ice machines did not work on 3 & 4th floors. My room was very warm and could not get it to cool down. Found someone's underwear and socks in the drawer. This leads me to believe was my room really cleaned?
Pros (+) ease of access... cleanliness.... excellent staff--even at 2:30am!!!!!!! I actually wrote a letter to management/HR about a particularly wonderful 3rd shift employee... beautiful room, most comfy bed... valet parking:)
Cons (-) would have enjoyed the opportunity to brew a second cup of regular coffee in my room--all but one bag were decaf. (oh--and possibly more creamer and healthier sugar options?) that's all I can think of--had a most wonderful stay.
