Horrible. Move rooms twice as there were bedbugs found in the first room and a leaking a/c unit in the second room with black mold behind the wallpaper. Staff was helpful, but management was not accommodating and wouldn't even speak to us. Have to wait for the pest control's report before even being able to discuss compensation, which is 7-15 business days. No assurance that we weren't transferrin...

Free 2 bottles of water each day and fresh towels. We stayed 5 nights and they changed the sheets once and made the bed each day. The water got hot very quickly. Felt very safe there.
