Pros:
Friendly, but not helpful. Arrived and there were zero rental vehicles available despite the reservation being paid for and reserved over a week in advance. When asked if there were other locations with availability was just told no locations have any without even checking.Cons:
Don't offer a product and/or service Hertz can not comply with after charging customers for it. Fraudulent charges are happening to many customers. Poorly run business.2.0 Mediocre

The rental location was NOT associated with the airport, despite selecting RNO during booking. It is considered off-site location, there are no airport shuttles to get here. I had to use a ride share to get to the rental location. The staff told me that a majority of their customers who rent from that location come across the same issue when booking through third party. They said they would have no issue giving a ride to the airport if the car was dropped off during their office hours, but I had to drop off during the weekend. Kayak should not be listing this location when looking to pickup/dropoff at the airport since it is not associated with the airport,l despite being close by.2.0 Mediocre

Cons:
pickup location was not at the airport, but offsite which required me to uber. I had searched for airport location, so not sure why this happened. when I arrived (at 12;02pm) the office was closed! and did not reopen until 1pm, so I had to stand and wait for an hour, and leave my parties at the airport waiting - no warning of that, ridiculous that a rental office is closed in the middle of the day! terrible experienceEnterprise

Nothing, I was very upset my reservation was not available, sent to the wrong business, received the wrong car and ended up cancelling my reservation. Very upset about the whole experience.Cons:
Due to the reservation screwups, I think an upgrade and a price match for my original reservation should have been made. But it wasn't, and they tried to give me a smaller size vehicle and my daughter is 5"11.10.0 Excellent

Staff was very kind, received a free upgrade, car was clean, functioned perfectly, and made the trip enjoyable. Also, I really liked how smooth the pickup and delivery was. No hassles, no hidden fees, no surprises just what I needed.Cons:

2021 Kia Soul w/ 225 miles. Great car. Also, night manager on Friday night really made me feel at home, even arriving 5 mins to close.Cons:

Let me start by saying, I got a good price for mu rental. The check in and check out process was quick and simple. One of the vans I got was dirty, hadn't been washed. But I was in a hurry so I didn't mind (this time). Overall it was good service. I will rent with them again.10.0 Excellent

Car was dirty - we were sunblinded by the dirty windows!! Had to clean ourselves. The rest of it looked dull and like it wasn't cleaned or it had been sitting for days. When we arrived- NO one was in the office. I kept opening the door to have the buzzer go off - no one came. I finally had to whistle to get someone in the rear yard's attention!! so odd.5.2 Okay

Cons:
The car was not available at the appointed time. When we arrived in Reno we called to say we would be late due to a misplaced telephone (this was an offsite location). They said there would be no problem. When we arrived about 1:30 PM we were told there were no cars available and that one could not be secured in another location. We were also told that no car was available earlier that day at our scheduled arrival time of 10:30 AM. We were told that we would be called as soon as one was available, later that day. I said that I might not be able to pick it up before the 5:30 PM closing time and they assured me that a car would be held for us regardless, and that we could pick it up the following morning. The agency called and left a voicemail about 4:30 PM to say they had a car. I was unable to call back until about 5:20 PM but there was no answer at the local agency and I was routed to national reservations. The agent at national reservations was unable to help me. By then it was past 5:30 PM so we were left without a car that day. Based on the local agencey's earlier assurances I called the next morning about 8:00 AM and told them I was ready to pick up the car. They said there was no car available. I asked why, since they called late in the afternoon the day before to say it was there and they earlier assured me that it would be held. They said that they had to send it to another agency. I reminded them that they assured me that it would be held and they said "it just doesn't work that way" and there was nothing they could do. They again said they would call me back as soon as a car was available, which would be that morning. I never heard back from them so I found another rental car. My wife and I had another rental from Reno to Sacramento with Dollar. The Budget reservation was made for our daughter as she was driving to Lake Tahoe upon arrival. Our plan was to stay in Reno the evening of Sept. 15. When the Budget car was not available we returned to the Reno airport to add her to the Dollar rental agreement at a cost of $48 plus tax so that she could take the car we already had and go on to Tahoe. Our plan was to then pick up the Budget car later that day or the following morning and drive it to Tahoe to meet her on Sept 16. When the Budget car was not available that morning and it became apparent that the agency didn't care to resolve the problem we secured another one way reservation to Tahoe through Enterprise. It was at a substantially higher cost but the lowest cost alternative available to us at that time. I use KYAK extensively and they do a good job. I have also rented from Budget many times in the past without problem. This rental experience was terrible and I attribute it to a poorly run, off airport location which had no regard for the commitments made or customer service. I think that Budget should reimburse me for the additional charges incurred and I request KYAK's assistance in resolving this issue.2.0 Mediocre

The only thing that worked for me with this rental was the consideration and service I received from Daniel. Thanks to him I was able to get my reservation but at a considerable higher cost plus the cost of a taxi to and from the Sparks location from the Reno airport.10.0 Excellent
