Pros (+) The room was very spacious, included a kitchen with an induction cooktop, fridge, supplies to cook various foods and a dishwasher!
Cons (-) I can hear voices of those chattering in the hallways in the vents. Could also hear a trace of music from another room in said vents, but that ended quickly.
