Pros. Location
Cons. Beautiful views and it really paid off to be the first stop o the shuttle to Zion. Restaurant was a little slow for breakfast...one day we had an overwhelmed server who forgot all about a request we made, but service the next day was excellent. Overall it had a homey feel...staff was nice.
Pros. Liked the hot tub outdoors, loved the decor, really enjoyed the spaceiousness, the 2 folding luggage holders.
Cons. The closet could have included 2 bathrobes for the hot tubs.
Pros. The hotel is the perfect distance from Zion, there was construction in Springdale when we there which closed down a small portion of the road, so it took us 30ish minutes to get to Zion, but without that construction, it would take you 10/15 minutes max to reach the Zion entrance. It was very clean, we were 2 female travelers & felt very safe at the hotel, it was very clean, no bugs of any kind in the room, very impressive considering they're in a mountain. Beds are bit hard, but that boils down to personal preference, no fault of the hotel. I can't recommend them enough. They also give you 10% off in their little shop & at their restaurant.
Pros. This hotel is appropriately names as the views are indeed Majestic! It is conveniently located by the bus stop which goes into town and an easy drive to Zion if you choose to transport yourself. The room was nice, clean and comfortable for the 4 of us but we could hear the folks upstairs very easily (sounded like they were playing hockey!!).
Cons. An included breakfast would have been preferable - this has become much more standard these days. The soundproofing of the rooms could also use some work.
Pros. The room was clean and large with great decorating. It is close to Zion so it is convenient although not right in town.
Cons. It would have been nice if breakfast was included. The restaurant did not open until noon during the week in the winter.
Cons. Bad Customer Srevice
Pros. Interior decor and view from balcony
Cons. Poor sound proof. Could hear neighboring room's guests and plumbing.
Pros. Clean and loved the patio!
Cons. Nothing.
Pros. The room had a nice country lodge feel and there was a nice view from the back balcony.
Cons. I chose this place because the pool and jacuzzi area looked like it would be a good place to relax after a day of hiking in Zion. Unfortunately it was a chilly evening and the hot tub was luke warm at best. Tried to have the front desk adjust the tempature but they didn't have the keys to access the controller.
