An unexpected $15 parking charge marred an excellent stay. Rooms are fabulous, well appointed and clean!
Cons. While COVID-19 (C19) is the main cause in a reduction of amenities offered crossed every industry, I believe that management is using the pandemic as an excuse to save money and avoid making an extra effort to provide the best possible experience to its customers. For example, while the kitchen may be closed due to C19, it does not mean that coffee/breakfast services can't be 'contracted' out to a local eatery (i.e. Panera, etc.) and delivered, possibly even at the expense of the customer, in order to ease the burden on the customer and maintain the image Embassy Suites has been known for. If wearing masks is going to be required, then emphasis must be put into an 'all or nothing' approach, otherwise you are just perpetuating the problem. Hold staff accountable for sanitizing the common areas to include the gym and laundry room on a reoccurring basis (as advertised).
