Pros (+) Myself and my parents made a last minute reservation here while passing through the state. The room we stayed in was so comfortable and felt like home. The breakfast the next morning was phenomenal! We had banana foster with eggs and bacon and we were each served a plate individually. It was impossible to get locked out because we didn't need pesky keys or cards! Everything was done through an ele...
Cons (-) The only downside to the room was the thin walls. Guests definitely need to use a hushed tone if discussing something private in one of these rooms.

Pros (+) My partner was having surgery across the street at Baystate Medical Center, and it was so nice to have a nice place to relax in and not worry about being too far away. It was clean and beautiful, and the staff was really wonderful. Cons (-) My room (Global Fusion) was cold; that was not a problem elsewhere in the inn, and they provided a space heater that solved the problem. Just a warning to others who may get cold that they may want to choose a different room.
