Pros. Not too many pet friendly hotels in the area, Especially when a major event is at the Big E. They offer very reasonable rates for there rooms, when the Equine Affaire is at the Big E. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, and all of the staff are great, and they are very attentive. I have stayed here several times in the past, and every stay has been great.
Cons. The rooms and the hallways do need to be updated though.
Pros. Location near downtown area was convenient. The hotel design is nice with well maintained facilities. Front desk staff was plentiful.
Cons. Very busy. The continental breakfast was almost impossible to access due to its set up and number of guests using it. Room was clean but sprayed with a very strong asthma-triggering air freshener. These two factors would prevent us from staying here again.
Cons. Non-dairy milk for coffee would have been cool! The breakfast area was a little dirty (the windows and the floor).
Pros. Convenient location, free parking.
Cons. No towels or shampoo left by chambermaid for two days in the row. Had to call front desk to request towels and shampoo. Complained to front desk at checkout, lady behind the counter apologized for inconvenience.
