Great location! Rooms were re modeled and very nice.
Location. Comfortable. Attentive.

Always a pleasant stay :)
Closeness to everything. Nice little hotel set close to lots of activities, food. Just great little place to stay. My 4th time staying here.
I have No complaints.
The staff was friendly, Early checkin which was nice.
The room was smokey
Great location, parking available
No safe, breakfast, fitness center or elevator. Very poor construction of the building. Doors were not sealed and the walls were thin. So being on the first floor you could hear people at the bars right behind the hotel clear as day until 2 am. And the phones in the room didn't work (which they didn't mention) so you couldn't complain. Rooms were very humid, so bathing suits & towels stayed damp. And the floors were so dirty they turned your feet black.
The location and views were great. Parking is a bonus--we were able to leave our car and walk to most of the sites we were interested in seeing.
Great and horrible location
The waterfront view as well as the price. There is a trolley stop right out front and a delicious cafe in the corner.
There is a bar behind the hotel that bumps their music until 2:30am on a week night that makes the room vibrate and makes sleeping unattainable. Front desk said it would stop before midnight, but it did not. The street behind the hotel is filled with loud drunks because of the bar, and the bathroom window opens to the street. We will not stay here ever again because of this. The music was so loud we could sing along with it.
3:33 in room 215
Not saying that room is haunted.... But definitely not saying it isn't.
Great place to stay.
Perfect location on the bay and within walking to all historic areas. Staff was wonderful. Even though it is on a busy road, near bars and restaurants, it was very quiet and relaxing in the room. I would definitely stay here again.
The only two things that we inconvenient, was the parking and bathroom were very tight areas.
Everything about stay here was great. The rooms were updated and clean. The location is perfect. The staff was friendly, inelegant, and helpfull.
Pay 14.00 dollars to park. They could just add that to the price and it would still be worth the stay. The fee is fair, it just felt like a hidden fee sort of thing.
I liked the location.
The floors were dirty. Not sure if they moped. Also, it was very loud at night.
