Breakfast is expensive and not worth the cost food was not hot. We also added a day prior to arrival and.made sure desk was aware and we could stay in same room upon arriving back after a day out.our room key would not work and we were required to go back to the parking lot and post an updated parking pass we were not informed of this initially. Also housekeeping was requested and not completed. Place was clean and comfortable otherwise but issues above not up to expectations especially since this was our first stay as Hilton Honors member
Pros. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean comfortable room in a great location.
Cons. I didn't like that I was sent to the wrong room and then given a new room and when I arrived at the second room the keys didn't work. I had to go back and forth to the counter 3 times and had multiple long lines to wait for. I also didn't liked hat because of the 45-60 minute trying to figure out my room I was delayed from our Valentine's Day dinner. Was very embarrassed on what should have been a romantic evening. Thanks.
Pros. Educational
Cons. Rained out all weekend
Pros. Went to St Augustine for a wedding with my wife and our 21 year old son. From the moment we arrived we were welcome with a friendly smile and later in the evening we stopped at the beautiful bar for a nightcap and met a friendly, professional and knowledgeable Bartender. The accommodations and food were fantastic. Will definitely comeback
