Pros (+) Staff was really nice. Young man (university student) was very attentive, addressed our needs and was very helpful.
Cons (-) Bathroom door sticks tight and we had to break down the door to let a 5 year old out of the bathroom. Definitely a safety concern. Guests before us left food in the room and although the room was very, very clean we were put off by the food that was left and not cleaned up by housekeeping. We were also annoyed that the IHOP was closed and Kayak did not mention this on the website when booking.
Cons (-) We did not stay there and had to cancel but you guys will not refund us. Never using Kayak again.
