Pros: Close to our event. Beds & pillows excellent. Staff very friendly.
Cons: Very satisfied.
Pros: We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was quiet and when we asked for a later checkout by an hour, there was no problem.
Cons: Three hair dryer didn't work and night light in three bathroom needed a new bulb, neither of these were an issue for us. When mentioned, three owner was going to fix them immediately. You couldn't ask for better service. We will definitely be going back.
Pros: Stayed here multiple times. That is why I booked this motel. Clean, Clean, Clean
Cons: Bad matress
Pros: I Liked that it was right of the Highway, it was clean, and the staff was friendly..
Cons: No it met all that was required for it's star rating..
Amazing soundproofing insulates guests from noise of adjacent very busy highway!
Pros: Friendly warm welcome and obvious meticulous care
Pros: J' ai bien aimé la propreté de la chambre et le lit était très confortable.
Cons: Le climatiseur était bruyant et malgré qu'il y en avait un, il faisait tout de même chaud la nuit.
Pros: Hotel Employee was very nice and helpful
Cons: Breakfast...more selection would have been nice or even toast for that matter
Pros: Location. Quiet Room.
Cons: Nothing - everything was terrific!
Pros: Very clean. Updated modern amenities. Safe. Quiet. Nice staff.
Pros: very clean, friendly at front desk
Cons: poor breakfast, should not offer it
Pros: For a two star rating, The Capri exceeded expectations. Clean room, good location next to the Queen Elizabeth Highway, and courteous, friendly front desk staff.
Cons: There was nothing that I found to be unsatisfactory.
Cons: Complementary coffee only between 7 and 9.
Breakfast wasn't included and was very expensive.
The pool is small and the floor around it very slippery. I was afraid to walk there.
Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: Room with 2 beds could have left 2 complimentary bottles of water vs only 1
Pros: Great location. Hotel is about 10-20 minutes from Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, St Catherine's, Port Dalhousie and various wineries. Very easy to get any place of interest in that region. Also, Toronto was about 90 minute drive away as well.
The food at the hotel was good (to very good). Additionally, my wife and I thought the staff were very attentative and courteous.
Overall, we were very happy with our purchase.
Cons: The fitness center could use an upgrade but it had all the basics.
Pros: The staff are excellent. The rooms are clean. It is so conveniently located.
Cons: I travel 7 hours to visit my granddaughter and I stay here. the amenities are great. Nothing additional needed.

Pros: The staff is very friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was very spacious and clean.
Cons: There's an odor that is likely the cleaning solution or some kind of deodorizer. It's not a dirty smell but not a great one either. Luckily the windows open so we were able to tolerate the odor by leaving the windows open.
Pros: Fine breakfast, with better cereal and fresh fruit than one usually finds.
Two very nice pools with good sized jacuzzi.
Large rooms which were well outfitted.
Cons: The hotel's leafy green setting in the picture is deceptive. It is just behind the QEW and in an urban shopping area with considerable traffic. If you are in the region to go cycling, you must first work your way through 20 minutes of city streets before getting to quieter routes.
The hotel's common areas are somewhat worn and in need of an updating.
Pros: Beds & pillows very comfortable, clean, quite.
Pros: nice ambiance. great staff, clean and neat.
Cons: bathrooms dont have exhaust...hence foggy after shower and smelly after u know what ....
Pros: Hotel service was courteous and helpful. Room was spotless and everything worked well.
Cons: The restaurant (attached to, but not Holiday Inn) was not clean - tables sticky, coffee pot stained and not clean, salt shaker chipped, etc. Food was good (breakfast) and service prompt and friendly.
Pros: Staff was really nice. Young man (university student) was very attentive, addressed our needs and was very helpful.
Cons: Bathroom door sticks tight and we had to break down the door to let a 5 year old out of the bathroom. Definitely a safety concern. Guests before us left food in the room and although the room was very, very clean we were put off by the food that was left and not cleaned up by housekeeping. We were also annoyed that the IHOP was closed and Kayak did not mention this on the website when booking.
Cons: We did not stay there and had to cancel but you guys will not refund us. Never using Kayak again.
The Inn at Lock Seven is a great choice for a stay in Thorold. Freebies like WiFi and self parking are added perks, and guests looking to stay active can check out the nearby hiking/biking trails. All rooms offer furnished balconies or patios, flat-screen TVs, and refrigerators.
Pros: This cute little inn was very quiet, despite being above a restaurant. There were was plenty to do in the area, with a lovely icecream shop just next door along with a few bars. There was a park and harbor just within walking distance. Only a 30 minute drive from the Falls.
House by the Side of the Road is a great choice for a stay in Beamsville. You can indulge in hot stone massages, body wraps, or mani/pedis. A terrace and a garden are offered, and rooms at this upscale bed & breakfast get the details right with premium bedding and bathrobes.
Cons: I need working wifi when I stay at a motel, and this hotel didn't have it. Everything else was adequate, but they claim to have Internet/wifi and it was unusable. I'm fairly certain it's a modem issue, but when I called the front desk the reply I got was, "Well, it's working for me". Rather than admitting they have outdated or non-functioning wifi, they tried to imply it was my laptop or user error that was the problem.
