The bathroom was very small. There was a power failure, which necessitated our moving to another hotel. The location was on the top of a hill making walking to the hotel from Union Station difficult.

Cons (-) Pool water was slightly on the cold side. Also, I like the idea, but the dispenser for shower soap & shampoo weren’t great.

Pros (+) Location was great, and was in the middle of the Blues celebration and parade. Brandon at the front did what he could to accommodate us and is very appreciated!
Cons (-) Our room smelled like an ashtray. No other rooms available. It was DISGUSTING. We came back from a night out at a wedding and all our stuff smelled horrible! The bedding reeked of cigarette smoke too! It was nasty. First time at Drury and DEFINITELY our last.

Pros (+) Very friendly staff. Very clean. Reasonable food and breakfast. Lots of parking. Efficient service.
Cons (-) Not a single morning newspaper. No possibility to buy forgotten articles in the hotel. Quite a walk to public transportation. Location a bit gray, not green.

Pros (+) the Manager in the lobby area talking with the guests was a comforting touch. he was making sure the stay was good and asking about our trip, why when etc...
Cons (-) N/A. the only thing i did not care for was our room was next to the elevator sooo first thing in the morning you could hear it for some time, other than that facility was very good.

Pros (+) ...most of the time. First room was worn/soiled and the bathroom had an 'under construction' look where a large piece of artwork was missing. Desk staff took quite awhile finding a replacement room for 2nd and 3rd nights, but that room was more to my liking. A big gripe is lack of counter space in the bathroom and awful bathroom lighting. Manager and breakfast servers were friendly and efficient.

Pros (+) Convenient to Blues hockey. Shuttle available or walkable if you don't mind eight or ten blocks. Nice rooms, hot breakfast and pet friendly with some reasonable rules. Close to nice dining and pubs.
Cons (-) Bed was a little firm for me but I admit I like them softer than most folks do.
