Pros. Staff was friendly and responsive. They only had one other room beside the one that smelled we were in and she tried to accommodate us, so we looked at a smoking room, but that was even worse. She tried which we appreciated.
Cons. The maintenance of our room was very poor (our room had a very foul smell and walls near baseboards were falling apart). The website was misleading when I selected criteria of workout facility and there was not one at this location.
Pros. The room was clean and comfortable
Cons. My room didn't come with no dishes or silverware and when I called front desk to ask for just TWO forks it took them at least 30 min to bring it to my room
Pros. Nothing!
Cons. I arrived at about 5:30 pm after putting in 8 hours behind the wheel, so I was quite tired. Check-In was handled by an inept young lady who apparently was new. She asked for my ID and credit card, which I produced. She disappeared for several minutes and then came back and told me that she could not accept my ID because it was "paper." I explained to her that it was a temporary license as I had just renewed it, and that I had not received the actual license yet. After we got that worked out I went to my room and looked about for an ice bucket so I could enjoy a cold beverage after a long day traveling. There was no ice bucket, so I went back down to the front desk and inquired if I could possibly get one. She informed me that not only did they not have ice buckets, but that there was no ice within the hotel!!! So--I went across the street across 8 lanes of traffic to buy ice! The room itself was absolutely nothing to write home about. The next morning I was about to shower when I happened to notice that there wasn't even a hairdryer!!! No ice and no hairdryer at an extended stay hotel? SERIOUSLY??? Will never go back.
