10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fitness space , Olympic pool, silence
7.1 Good
Pros: The wellness area was good and babyfriendly which was important for us.
Cons: The bed was too small, too high and not too comfortable. The dinner was a bit poor - Not too much choice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The pools and the pool area are very clean. The aqua park area is large so you don't feel pressure of the weekend rush. The location is wonderful, surrounded by hills and trails, even some horses and other animals if you go for a walk. The food exceed the expectations. Don't eat pizza and cevapi, go to the hotel restaurant for the a la cart meals - they have local Croatian food (pumpkin soup, zagorski strukli, zagorska juha, etc.). The prices are good.
Cons: I was just a bit sad that the saunas didn't work, but I totally support having the yearly maintanance, it has to happen sometimes during the year :)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Localization, really nice place with big terrace. Generally nice and pretty place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The way the friendly restaurant staff helped us out with the menu, despite the language difficulty. The hotel staff does not have any trouble with communication in English. Rooms are very spacious and clean. A perfect stay over close to the motorway with great Croatian food!
Cons: No menu available in any other language, only in Croatian. The breakfast coffee from the standard machine was terrible, ordering one from the bar, for a decent price, is recommended.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff, very clean and fresh, rooms were done very tasteful and the location was great.
Cons: Only complaint was the tv signal was down.
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Really hotel was super. But all advantages were killed at check-out. I had made decision of this hotel booking because they promised on their page that they are accept American Express cards. It is my corporate card and I have to use it during business trips. On check out reception told me that they are don't accept AmEx cards for payment but only for booking. After TWO hours of negotiations they finally call manager and after one minute of explanation he was agreed with me not to pay with AmEx because they didn't follow their promises. Thank you :-)
Cons: To continue "positives": A.m. description wasn't only one lie during my stay. Most expensive room didn't have freezer (as minibar) but it was described on their booking.com page. I'm travelling with freezer in my car to save some personal medicine and I'm happy if I can put it to minibar. But I didn't find in deluxe room. Reception told me that it's not possible to do anything. I had asked to find any room with freezer and they downgrade me. But they told that I have to align price reduction with booking.com by myself and I have spent 20 minutes for call to booking.com. Additionally air conditioner didn't work properly in huge room (it had only one small module) but in small room I had two big modules. I plan to travel in this region one month later but never book this hotel. Moreover, booking.com customer service was so lazy to check pervious conversations and I had to explain the problems from the beginning each call. I''m 2-nd level genius customer on booking.com. But I say Chao! for booking.com too
9.6 Excellent
Pros: All good, but were there only one night between driving
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: NOTHING.Please, deliste this cauchemard from booking com!
Cons: It was ugly.Old house without charm, inside it is full of plastic with strong odor of chemical products( from plastic decoration?).Decoration absolutely cauchemard.Service not correct. I most bring myself luggage to second floor without lift during I was following the concierge and arrive to ugly room without windows ,just small velux.I Have wanted to cancel and run but they charge me 10 euros for cancel the second night without return money for the first.
4.0 Okay
Cons: Was a saturday night, reception organized (wedding?), music until 4.30am, impossible to sleep. Not a small sound, glasses in the bathroom were vibrating
6.0 Good
Pros: hotel has a perfect location close to the highway and is only 30 km from Zagreb, we slept there only one night but the room and breakfast were ok
4.8 Okay
Pros: very close to the highway. nice surrondings
6.4 Good
Pros: pleasent stay for one night trip.

Aparthotel Snjezna Kraljica - Stubičke Toplice - Building

8.7 Excellent (570 reviews)

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved how spacious the rooms were, I was expecting a room without much space but it was very cosy
Cons: Nothing, the prices were great and so were the rooms, enjoyed walking around in the area.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great mountain location and very large apartment style rooms.
Cons: Unless you like mountain top location, this is a drive up windy road to the top.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, they didnt have the buffet due to the low amount of guests so asked us what we would like and got us what we asked for quickly. It was delicious.
7.1 Good
Pros: - the place looks like it was designed to be there - on top of the mountain (outside and inside too) - the rooms are spacious, comfortable and everyday cleaning looks good - it was getting cold outside, but the rooms were heated all the time - the people we met are helpful (maybe except from "food specialist" serving thing called "breakfest" out there :( but that's another story) - there are parking places reserved for guests in front of the building (you can see your car from the window) In my opinion the localization is not so bad as it appears: - there are two separate one-way roads (up and down the hill) which you can get to and get out of the place, there are quite good to go even in the night with standard car lamps only - they are steep, but have many flat passing places (to stop, overtake slower car etc) - there are buses to/from Mihaljevac bus terminal which are driven by easygoing drivers - you can sightsee nearby church (Majka Božja Sljemenska), Šumarev Grob, in my opinion this forest is quite a place itself
Cons: Via booking.com we could see only rooms with breakfest included (I don't know if this has much changed since we made the booking) so we "chose" room with breakfest included. Unfortunately the first-day "breakfest" during our two-day stay there didn't have much common with breakfest we are used to eat in Croatia: - most of things put on the table contained wide range of Mendeleev's table elements - of course if I would be the chemist I would find this very fine food, but after longer stay in area near Rizman Winery and full of Neretva mandarines collected just off the tree... we decided not to eat any of these things put in front of us on the table in this hotel - after we ordered something warm (it supposed to be eggs) "food specialist" put in front of us not hard-boiled eggs, not soft-boiled eggs but... raw eggs - as soon as we tasted it, we said "thanks, no thanks" to the breakfest which was included in price for the second day, we tried to get some money back for this service we actually didn't use, but the workers couldn't get some "manager specialist" on the spot during our stay... so actually I can sing one of Mark Knopfler's greatest hit about that :( - anyway we bought some really good food from local "pekara" (Zagreb has many places you can get food which doesn't contain wide range of Mendeleev's table elements) and it's OK - the next stop of our journey was similarly rated hotel at Székesfehérvár... it's hard to say it, I hate to say but they probably served better breakfast (Hungary) than the one served at Snjezna Kraljica (Croatia) Many upholstered elements of furniture need to be renovated (it doesn't cost a fortune) and maybe after such renovation some protective pads can be put to prevent fast deterioration, to keep then as new for a long time.

Pros: restaurant - for dinner perfect cca. 5 min from highway next to zagreb
Cons: bathroom need a rennovation
7.1 Good
Cons: It is old but resonably good for the price.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast was very good and lot's of variety. The location is very close to the lake, restaurants, cafe's and depending on which room you get can get a view of the castle.
Cons: Firstly we were given room without air-conditioning and very outdated. Then we asked for another room and were given a room with air-conditioning, it had more updated bathroom but the rest of the room had worn out carpet, outdated and mattress was worn down, uncomfortable to sleep on. For the price they need to do some serious renovation as this would make it so much better.
5.8 Okay
Pros: It was cheap and ok for the money we paid.
Cons: Very crowded parking and a lot of smokers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location if you want to get rest during your trip across Croatia. Good breakfast too.
Cons: Parking lot could be bigger

5.4 Okay
Pros: The staff is very friendly and attentive. Sauna area, which has been re-done is nice. Massages are good for the price. Cheap and good food.
Cons: The rooms need to be completely re-done. You can see that there has nothing been done in ages and the hotel stands still in time(which does not make it automatically necessarily bad). The bathrooms are horrific. It is better to come just for a swim in the afternoon than for a night to stay over. The breakfast is poor as well. It should be a 2 star hotel. The only reason this hotel has 3 stars is because of its wellness. And the cleanliness of the wellness needs attention as well. After you finish with the sauna, usually you should have some pipe of water to drink water from or similar refreshment.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Swimming pools.
Cons: Swimming pools are nice but the rooms are old and small...need a little reconstruction :-)
4.0 Okay
Pros: Swimming pool is nice
4.2 Okay
Pros: Potatoes where good. Clean tablecloths. Coffee below expectations, cereal presentation zero, butter zero, juice passable, toast non existent . Pools are OK
Cons: Again food was below STANDARD. Rooms very smal, carpet dirty, bathroom ways below two stars
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very helpfull and nice. Great swimming pool and spa area. Hotel is old but everything is clean and staff is trying to help you in any way you need.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Although the hotel is near the motorway it offers cosyness and relaxatrion. The forest, the meadow, the fish in the little river and the ducks wich you cah feed make you feel calm and happy. The staff is helpful, the view from the windows is nice, the food is exellent for the price but the main bonus is the mineral water. The two swimming pools are large. The one which is inside is quite deep if you are not an experienced swimmer but those outside is wonderful.
Cons: The furniture needs renovation. It woild be better if there was a refrigerator in the rooms.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful swimming pool ( 2 warm lsrge pools, inside end outside on the large green), 3 sauna and 1 turkish, Free large parking, free sun beds,
Cons: Old structure, bath very small, breakfast in the middle, no lift,
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Honestly, really cheap, pools are lovely. Hotel isn’t built really high so you get the maximum amount of time in the sun. Staff are super friendly, they have a bar open until 10pm that serve some lovely beers. Would stay there again.
Cons: Shower doors are broken and the hot water isn’t consistent, when someone flushed their toilet you can hear it in your room. Hotel needs some renovation. But for what I paid and what I got? Still a bargain.
